5 seconds and only rotates maybe 3-5 complete turns. I find quality control lacking when items are made for cheaply overseas. I have contacted this company and I'm confident they will send me handles that work as they were meant to. If not I can always return to amazon in 30 days

The rope could be a little more heavy just so that u can feel the burn of cutting through the air. But nice product. Good for the price.

Although I am naturally disastrous when it comes to double unders, singles are great and the weight of the rope makes it easier to attempt double unders without whipping myself too much. Overall, the quality of the jumprope is excellent

An inexpensive way to begin your journey to exercise and better health overall. Well worth the investment.

Buy it obly if you are still learning DU , it is not recommended for those who already jump at a good speed. It's better for those who are wanting to get the DU.

Light enough but also heavy enough for the purpose of being a jump rope. Arrived folded and the folds along the ropa doesn't really straighten. Had to hang it for a period of time for the rope to straighten. Otherwise a good jump rope
