If lightweight handles are a key indicator for jump rope this nails it.) The rope itself is like the cable for a swing set - sturdy, and just heavy enough to comfortably swing around. Although I am naturally disastrous when it comes to double unders, singles are great and the weight of the rope makes it easier to attempt double unders without whipping myself too much. Overall, the quality of the jumprope is excellent

This jump rope is really lightweight it’s really thin and it goes really smooth if your trying to go for speed as far as I’m concerned this is the best jump rope I’ve ever used I’ve actually liked it so much that I went ahead and ordered a second one
