 After a you know, a proper heat treatment uh the blade, has a clip point style and a plain edge. Oh it's got. It'S got a full tang, which is nice. It really makes you feel um, confident that it won't break or crack and uh that the knife will hold up when you're doing your more hardcore knife jobs

 I got this one for 325, which makes it one of my most expensive knives, but i have to say just the way it feels, and you know it looks so far. I'M impressed, like i said before. I might have to go, get a get another one um in the description on blade hq. It said that the sheath that the knife came with either a uh leather or kydex sheath um

For a knife between 200-300 euros the best brand would be Zero Tolerance. ZT makes really nice knives, really high quality. Epic materials and nice designs. I like Spyderco but the desigs are usually a bit too clunky for nice carry

Hi all, I was inspired by some of the posts on here. Would love to get my boyfriend a knife for his birthday in a few weeks. He used to carry a knife everywhere, but lost it before we met and never got a replacement. He backpacks and is just getting into survivalism. Also used to do some woodworking. I'd like to get him something fairly nice and durable. Ideally could be used often/carried around. Don't mind spending money if it's worth it!

Best Knife to Gift Boyfriend

 It's just so well done. It carries very nicely in the pocket, which is beautiful. And you know, it's just a great knife. And yeah, $270 is a bit steep, but at the same time, $260 or whatever it's going for these days, but at the same time, it's really, really, really compelling

 And so I guess we're just going to jump into the final verdict here. I mean, my final conclusion on your ZT040562CF here is that it's just a gem, flat out. I mean, every damn part of this knife is well done. The materials are great

 I will pick up something, you know, beefy. And so in the past, that's always been either the Gram Razor here, which I still love very much, or your Spyderco PM2. Since I got this guy, I actually haven't been carrying the PM2 much, which is really surprising to me because I like the PM2 a lot, but this guy is just smaller and easier to carry in the pocket than your PM2. And the steel's a little bit better, and frankly, it just feels nicer made

The ZT 0562CF Pocketknife: The Full Nick Shabazz Review

 Hey everybody, Nick here, and today I got a review that's a long time in coming, and that's of your ZT-0562CF here.

 So, um, I've known about this knife for a long time,

 but I never really thought I would be that interested in it, and what changed actually is that I had a rash of really good

 ZTs come through my life. Um, the 452CF here just blew me away with the action.

 Oh my god, and when I got this guy, I realized, okay, the carbon fiber is really nice, the action is really nice,

 then maybe I need to give this another shot. And I'm really glad that I did, because I did find

 I'm just gonna go ahead and spoil it. I found the gem here.

 And so let's talk a little bit about this gem. First size comparison, here's your 452CF, another ZT.

 And I'm gonna have a comparison video showing these two off, coming up here soon.

 Here is your Spyderco PM2 and your Spyderco Delica.

 And we can see here that this isn't a huge, huge knife, it's about the same size in the pocket as your PM2,

 but it's definitely bigger than your Delica. And so that's something you got to keep in mind.

 Um, it's a kind of beefy mid-size folder, and that's really what it's meant to be.

 So let's go into the good, the bad, and the ugly, as always.

 It's a bunch of good here. Um, first and foremost, the blade steel is CTS-204P,

 which is a really, really great steel, same as M390 and 20CV, and it's done on a blade that's ground really, really well.

 Um, and I mean that both because the blade shape is good. It's a hinder or slicer sort of grind, but it's also ground nicely.

 Um, this part is ground, you can see the CNC lines, and it's a little reflective, which is nice.

 This part up here is stonewashed, though, and so you've got a cool little contrast between your very reflective part and your stonewashed part.

 Just, just nice. And because the blade is, it's pretty thick, um, you know, I can't argue that this is a thin blade.

 It's about as thick as your Spyderco PM2, but because it's a fairly deep grind, it's not a terrible slicer.

 Um, it's not the thing I'd want to use in the kitchen every damn day, but at the same time, it's perfectly capable in that way.

 So I'm a big fan of the blade here. The lockup on this knife is actually very solid. You can see it locks in at about 50%.

 There is a lock bar insert in there, which you may or may not be able to see there. It's a beautiful thing.

 And unlike a lot of knives, uh, your thumb stud, which isn't really a thumb stud, is actually your stop pin.

 So on this knife, this is the ZTO 452, you can see that there's this little bar here.

 And as you open the knife, eventually, it contacts that bar, and that's what stops the blade from going any further in that direction.

 Compare that to your 562 here, where actually when you open the knife, yeah, there's a bar back here,

 but what's actually stopping the knife from going any further is the contact of your thumb, uh, thing.

 It's not a thumb stud, though, with the scales. And so it's right up against the titanium.

 Which makes for a very, very strong lockup. Um, this is not uncommon for Hinderer, it's the same thing in the 560 here.

 But it's just a nice thing. Um, no real complaints there. The action on this knife is really great. Big, big fan of it.
