No HEPA filter can work properly if it is undersized to the room, but combining two (or more) small machines in a larger room is an option. Having the internal fan pull in air at multiple points can actually work better than one stronger fan operating to one side of a large or irregularly shaped room. Since my bedroom is larger than the kids', we run two units to reduce allergens there, one one either side of our king sized bed. This isn't the model to buy if you want it to work alone in a large room, but it is reasonable for most small to moderately sized bedrooms

That all said I do like the AM90 and it works well, is quiet and being able to control it from my phone is Convenient. I replaced an old honey well which was noisier and had no remote capabilities.

Honestly, I can’t claim that I have noticed any huge changes in the air quality of my room and I still have to open a window sometimes to get the stuffiness out. I’ve never owned an air purifier so maybe that’s normal but I find it all annoying. Now the neat stuff; the smart technology pairs perfectly with Alexa, their app is super easy to install and use, the machine looks great and operates extremely quiet and because the night lights are at the top they really don’t bother me. I can also just tell Alexa to turn them off or shut them off from the app

The controls are simple and intuitive and the air quality monitor is pretty receptive to VOCs. It doesn't run terribly loud when at levels 2+. There's a night time mode where it gets dead quiet. The design is modern and visually satisfying

I would definitely recommend the BISSELL MYair Pro Air Purifier over this Levoit. I'm not concerned with high tech options personally. If it were me, I'd check the BISSELL MYair Pro Air Purifier out instead.

Based on early positive perceptions of the first unit located in our bedroom, I bought 2 more to locate in other parts of the house where we tend to plant ourselves during the day. First unit came with broken controller board for WiFi and WINIX rep was easy to contact and very helpful in quickly shipping out replacement unit
