Malfunctioning handsets and static noise (revised review)

 The only real problem is that the phone is supplied with belt clips that are unusable because they were manufactured too short to fit into the holes meant to hold them. This was a feature that I did want to help me be able to chat hands free with the headset while doing chores. Guess I will have to wear an apron with a pocket to hold the phone. Not the ideal

I had enough of the endless robocalls to my home. I tried the Federal Do Not Contact List and submitted every offenders number every time to nomorobo.com to no avail. The worst offender was the Administration of Energy Savings, who called 3 and 4 times every day despite my picking up the phone 6 times to tell representatives to not call again

If you don't already own this Vtech phone system then you need to order one right now and throw away what ever kind of phone system you have! Ya you heard me just throw that old phone right in the garbage can! This Vtech phone system stops phone spammers like a "6 foot rope on a 10 foot tree". I have had it for 2 weeks now and have not had any spammers at all get thru the screening system. That about say's it all! Have had some trouble with the date changing like others have mentioned. You have to reset it once in a while but other than that I love it

 I would much prefer a limit well into the thousands, or better yet, a similar "whitelist" phone. (i.e., where you would enter the only phone numbers that you don't want to block

I bought this primarily for the call blocking feature, and so far, it is working fine. The problem that will probably eventually occur is reaching the phone's stated limit of only 250 blocked numbers. The first few days, I was adding up to about a dozen scammer/robocaller numbers per day, and it has successfully blocked them since. But after about 2 weeks, I'm still adding about 4 or 5 new bad numbers per day, so at this rate, it won't be all that long before I hit the 250 limit

Suitable for hearing/sight impaired - Complicated setup

 I have 90 minute conferences so it is a challenge to hold the phone to my ear for that long. On my Uniden I used a headset which was really workable. Panasonic does not make a headset so I am trying to use a good Plantronics noise-canceling headset as I did on the Uniden phone and the connection for it is a joke on this phone. Most people cannot hear me well and I don't hear them
