 It's too early to tell how well they hold their blade and if they can be easily sharpened. If there are any issues I will come back and update this review. Bought for Razor Clam Cleaning

It has a quality serrated blade that still looks new after 9 months of light daily use. The handle is made of thin and rather slippery plastic, and while the description claims it to be "Fibrox Inspired", as an owner of a Victorinox knife with a Fibrox handle, I can safely say that they're taking some creative liberties with that one. If ergonomics are right up there in importance with blade quality, this isn't the knife for you, but if all you're looking for is a quality blade at a budget price, it's a great option.

 I’d recommend sticking to the 3.25” I don’t know what ergonomic principle they were following with the handle. It is thin, hard plastic. The bolster extends past the edge, making it less nimble

 I love Dexters' still, and will still not hesitate to use it. However, this season I vowed to try this Victornox knife. I put it through the ringer and it worked SO WELL!  *To the Review*  1.) Unboxing:  PRO:Unboxing the knife I was pleased to find the blade in hair cutting sharp condition

Disclaimer: Not a normal review, this is a vegetable knife, but also a very versatile butcher knife! If you are queasy, or anti-hunting/meat - probably not the best for you to read so avert your squimish little eyes, por favor.  As an avid hunter/outdoorsman who processes their own game instead of taking it to a butcher, finding the right, no, perfect tools for the job make it much more pleasing and satisfying. If you don't like reading, let me just tell you right now, buy this knife; I have tried so many types of knives for processing deer and this is the best one hands down!  During the 2020 hunting season I went to the butcher with a friend and noticed that ALL the butcher hands were prefering to using this knife and I mean they USED them. They struck bone, they dropped on the concrete, they were stepped on and tossed into a bin, they were abused

 Whalla, sheath!  1.) Field dressing/gutting deer review: The first step to gutting deer is to make an incision that runs from the tail, to the middle of the ribcage. Making this first cut proved the knife's thin blade and scary sharp edge made it perform like a scalpel. I was very impressed

Best Butcher Knife? Yes!

 Don't waste your money on anything more expensive than $10 because with the amount you'll be using these, like David Chang (famous chef) said, you'll go through them.

  Materials: 10/10 Beat them up and use them for just about everything because this knife will be able to take it. that extra +0.75" length means that if you actually choose to sharpen these knives, you can have it sharpened and ground down to 3.25" like the smaller version

 A nice thin knife (< 2mm) makes this incredible for just about anything. Because of its shape and thinness, it allows for a quick cut followed by more quick cuts as opposed to a cut followed by removing your sliced piece off the knife. 4" definitely THE PERFECT SIZE for all your kitchen needs

 Haven't used it for long so maybe it will last but it seems like it wouldn't take much pressure to just snap it in two or snap off the point. My old knife was heavier without being unwieldy and the blade itself was firm and unyielding, so no danger of snapping on a hard carrot. Bit disappointed but I guess at the price I should have realized it wasn't the same quality of knife. May end up being a fine knife and some people may prefer a light, flexible blade

 I think i maybe cut some zip ties and some rope just you know, for the for review purposes, but overall the coatings held up well um and i love black wash because it hi it's like it's like a stone wash dlc stonewash, essentially is kind of what It is in a lot of ways: um and like a stonewash blade on a regular knife. It'S gon na it's gon na hide usage right. It'S gon na hide you're, not gon na see scratches the same way with this black wash finish on dlc. Sometimes you can get some some scratches and stuff that come up with the stonewashing finish it kind of takes that away

 Basically, he covered his shipping costs that i loved um, but i've seen him on the second market for well over 500 bucks, so that the value is very, it's a really hard conversation on this knife, because it's just it really depends on what you're wanting to pay For it to me, is it worth 500 bucks? No. Is it worth what i paid? Yes, which is not that big of a difference couple - maybe 150 bucks 120 bucks. But to me, that's really the max value um. It is made in china by bestek

 So maybe you know with the new reserve system, that'll drive those prices down and the value at table is absolutely there. So that's that's how i'll leave that so, overall guys um everything i like i like. I do really really like this knife. It'S super hyped for me
