I bought this as a stepping stone between my current desk and an UPLIFT V2, which based on this experience I will certainly plan to purchase in the future.

I use a smaller, manual, workbench in a space constrained work area. This has been affordable, and also combines features such as the keyboard tray and monitor mount that I might have omitted in a full desk. Wish I had someone else to help me put it together, but I managed on my own

 This is NOT cheap laminate. No scathes even with heavy duty use. Happy I spent the money.
