The illustrations by creator Ramy Badie are cute and clever, in a fantastic anime kind of way. We appreciate that tactics are required to succeed in this game, pushing it beyond its aesthetics to become a well-rounded game. The interplay between lightheartedness &#40;you're playing with charming unicorns&#41; and cut-throat competition creates a fun dichotomy, and the moderate levels of complexity and strategy will keep this game coming out of the closet for more than just one game night. 
Although the gameplay isn't for children, some adults might be turned off by the visuals of the game. We recommend giving it more than face-value judgment, though. If you ever want to spice it up, there are expansion packs for purchase separately &#40;including an NSFW version&#41;. The instructions are long and tedious, though, and it took most testers 2-3 games before they grasped them well enough to play with a cohesive strategy. Factoring in that one game can take up to 30 minutes, this is a long time to be learning. All things considered, this is an entertaining, competitive, and creative spin on strategic card games that we think lots of people will enjoy without spending too much money.

Took a few rounds to get the hang of it, and a few cards we felt were open to interpretation. The rules were pretty clear (minus a couple cards). Once we got the hang of it, we got pretty intense. This is not a game for everyone- it requires a little thought and strategy

 I later came to find out that this group plays cards together a lot and they were playing by their own set of rules. We had a group ranging from teen to adult trying to play this game and there are so many rules and things to read and follow that we ended up putting it away and played something else. We are a game playing family so we generally pick on something new fairly quick. Not so with this game

This is a difficult game to figure out. I watched a group of 16ish girls playing this at a school event and they seemed to be having a great time. I later came to find out that this group plays cards together a lot and they were playing by their own set of rules. Difficult to learn

My husband wanted this game and we both enjoy playing , a lot of fun if you like games that are mostly strategy slightly sadistic and require a bit of luck!

 You have to read and re-read the rules multiple times throughout the game just to muddle your way through one round, then everyone wants to fight about what they think the rules were and what the cards “really” mean. Get Oregon Trail if you need a card game or uno.

  I don't know if it's pricey for a card game, but what I'm paying for is board game fun and this baby delivers! Highly recommended to anybody.  As for learning the game, I recommend playing a couple hands as you're reading the rules. The rules are very brief and when you play a hand while reading through the rules, you can very quickly pick up the idea of what you're supposed to be doing.  Games I love include Dominion, Agricola, Carcassonne, Ticket to Ride, Settlers of Catan, and Alhambra

A fun card game with a good sense of humor

 The rules are fairly simple, but it can take a game or so to really get the hang of it. I taught it to a group of seven in about fifteen minutes. Our first game took around ninety minutes, but subsequent games were in the forty-five minutes to an hour category. In fact, we played several games in a row because everyone was enjoying themselves so much

I was considering getting a game for my birthday, and I read the reviews for several. I decided to gamble on this game. When I examined the packaging and the cards, I thought I made a huge mistake.  I was wrong
