I do like the pack because it doesn't cause chaffing and it can fit a lot of different essentials. My last comment is that I tried to use some of my exoflasks with the long straws in the front (from my other vests) and unfortunately, that doesn't really work either since the front "loops" are too far away from the pockets where my bottles sit - so my straws were bouncing around all unsecured and that wasn't fun.

I've been suffering from chronic muscle pain for the past few years. So even though it can go up to 70hz, it doesn't vibrate as deep into the tissue as the older model. Secondly, it needs a dedicated 9V charging adapter rather than the 5V Micro USB rather for the model. It's fine if you intend to use it at home, but for traveling, I much prefer the older design that can be charged with a cellphone charger or a battery pack, eliminating the needs to bring one more adapter. So overall I think TriggerPoint got the size right, but they need to tune the vibration amplitude up

This product is amazing. The last two vibration settings on here shook the whole house. This is a good thing because let's face it if you are seeking to buy this, your fascia requires this level of intensity! I'm only sad I didn't get this sooner. Suffering from tendonitis in my ankle, it took a couple of encounters with PT friends and yogis to highlight - despite my flexibility, I was inflexible in the IT band (between knee and foot) and muscles supporting the ankle (in feet, calves, shins) and who knows where else?!?!? I already have a multisetting vibrating roller from homemedics which I thought was amazing

For this reason I gave it two stars. You can have all the bells and whistles, but if the basic function doesn’t work, then it’s not a good product.
