Great sized water bottle! It leaks a little bit, especially if I use it with a carbonated drink or supplement, but the shape is very comfortable to carry, and the adjustable strap keeps it close to my hand. This is perfect for runs of up to about 6 miles. The speed draw is great! Despite a little leaking, the positives are clear.

I've been suffering from chronic muscle pain for the past few years. In the past, I've used heating pads, massagers, pain medicines and have visited physical therapists and acupuncturist to alleviate my muscle pain. I've used it almost every run since I got it to avoid dehydration in the heat. For holding, I switch back and forth with putting my hand under the skinny adjustable strap (where your hand is intended to go) and put it straight onto the water bottle under the cushioned part. I actually like wearing the second way a little better. One note - I would fill up the water bottle first before putting stuff in the pouch as it can be hard to see that it is full/filling up because of the curve at the top of the bottle and the dark color

So even though it can go up to 70hz, it doesn't vibrate as deep into the tissue as the older model. Secondly, it needs a dedicated 9V charging adapter rather than the 5V Micro USB rather for the model. It's fine if you intend to use it at home, but for traveling, I much prefer the older design that can be charged with a cellphone charger or a battery pack, eliminating the needs to bring one more adapter. So overall I think TriggerPoint got the size right, but they need to tune the vibration amplitude up

I am a personal trainer and I use this with my clients and teach them how to properly stretch and foam roll to help with injury prevention, flexibility, and help keep them from getting as sore in their muscles. There is great durability with this as I've had other brands and can definitely say this was worth it.

Light weight - very easy to carry - perfect for trail runs because if happen to trip on one the always present obstacles (rocks,roots, ruts) use this water bottle as first contact with the ground saves your from hand cuts and scrapes !
