I think online programming is usually lacking in coaching, each one of these wods has a video brief going over the workout, the strategy, the movements and intended stimulus. It does not feel like they are just mailing it in and throwing a WoD on the wall with no guidance

I am a personal trainer and I use this with my clients and teach them how to properly stretch and foam roll to help with injury prevention, flexibility, and help keep them from getting as sore in their muscles. There is great durability with this as I've had other brands and can definitely say this was worth it.

We bought the ab straps so he can do leg lifts and he does pull ups and leg lifts. It is a little bulky, and you need to have a little space for it, but we put it in the doorway of our playroom and put a couple pillows underneath in case she falls. She hasn't yet, but better safe than sorry. It also has to be installed in doorway, and not in a large entrance or it will not be stable
