 Everyone can use exotics, but now they are explicitly designing to the average, not the average golfer, but most average golfers, more average golfers, and they're doing that here. They've got a three wood, it's got a little bit deeper of a shape, not necessarily a deep face, a little bit shallow. They move the weight back, higher MOI, same concept as a driver. You've got a little bit of a weight pad back there, again, to move the MOI, carbon fiber, all that good stuff, ridge back as well, all that applies here, carries through from the driver

 So, that creates a little bit more MOI. That's common in a lot of drivers, too. So, they made a little bit change on the chassis, because I think that allowed them to kind of drag the weight a little bit lower, and it also allowed them to kind of make the head a little bit different shape than what we saw with the the EXS220. So, I felt like the EXS220 was a little bit maybe more traditional in shape

 I love that about Hazardous. If you are a fast swinger, and you want an X, and you want less of that torque that you would get, maybe compared to a stiff shaft, and not an X, but you don't want to swing something at 75 or 80 grams, it just feels like you're swinging at a 2x4, Hazardous is right up your alley, they got you covered. I mean, I know others make lighter weight X flex shafts, but I really love the flexibility that Hazardous offers. And you've got a variety of offerings available, depending on your launch profile, depending on your spin profile, but most of it is centered around how fast you swing

 Thanks for checking us out. Once again, great to have you here. Today, as alluded to, we are reviewing

 Last year, we used the EXS220 throughout much of the golf season. It was a phenomenal driver.

 monster. It launched the ball a little bit higher than I normally launch it, but it carried a long way,

 had plenty of pop in the bat. It was really an enjoyable driver to hit.

 It felt like a Sunday drive car, just pleasant, not overthinking it,

 put the ball on the fairway, pretty much hit it almost anywhere on the face, hit it fairly far and fairly straight.

 the folks at Tor Edge have tried to one-up it a little bit. Now, they've told me that we have sacrificed a little bit of MOI,

 so it's not quite as much MOI, not quite as much low and back CG

 compared to last year, but they also wanted to add some distance to it. Now,

 I thought there was plenty distance in last year's driver, so I was kind of surprised to hear them

 tell me that, but they still want to make sure that you know that there's extreme MOI in this driver in the sole.

 But there's a lot going on with this driver

 that's a little bit different, and some of it is very different.

 And so, let's talk through the technology pieces of this real quick. So, the big thing they're going to tell you about this year is

 design here. So, they've got kind of a chassis shape. This is common in a lot of drivers these days. You've got a chassis

 which is kind of your frame, and that frame then has stuff added to it. So, carbon fiber wings.

 So, you've got two carbon fiber pieces, one on either side of the chassis, then you've got a

 face insert. So, we'll get back to that in a second, and then the chassis includes the sole, and

 you've got this back weight here, which is screwed in to add, to lower the CG location,

 move the MOI, or help the MOI, but lower the CG location and move it back.

 So, that creates a little bit more MOI. That's common in a lot of drivers, too.

 So, they made a little bit change on the chassis, because I think that allowed them to kind of drag the weight a little bit

 lower, and it also allowed them to kind of make the head a little bit different shape than what we saw

 with the the EXS220. So, I felt like the EXS220 was a little bit maybe more traditional in shape.

 It, for a modern driver at least, you know, good size profile, 460cc. There's nothing strange about that piece of it.

 But I feel like, and just looking at this through toward the camera,

 you can kind of see the different shape of this compared to the EXS220.

 or bigger, carbon wing than this one. So, the ridge back

 part of the chassis is actually centered off the ball.

 It's not centered down the middle of the driver head, and so they're trying to put some weight here, and they're trying to kind of move

 where they set up the carbon wings by where they have this ridge back setup.

 So, that's how they're building the stability

 into the driver. But they still have the E in Torage Exotics, the Exotics E, as

 lined up with the ridge back design. So,

 that's an interesting piece of it. It kind of sets you up, because when you lay it down,

 I mean, it looks square, it makes sense,

 but you have to realize that you're not lining it up right in the dead middle of

 the driver head, but you're lining it up in the dead middle of the face. So, you've got

 extra stuff going on out here, extra material out here on the heel,

 relative to the design of the head. That is the idea, trying to give you a little bit more MOI, a little bit more forgiveness.

 So, you may have extra material out here, and when you kind of lay it down and start to look at it,

 you go, oh, wow, the heel, or, excuse me, yeah, the toe is really kind of up, and there's a lot of shaping here,

 relative to the rest of the clubhead. And that's to kind of give it a bigger frame without necessarily looking

 dramatically bigger, if that makes sense. And so, when you stand over it, you give yourself the visual cue of the E,

 you don't think about all of those things. They don't get into your mind as you're hitting it.

 What I will say, however, that has gotten into my mind a little bit, is this does sit more offset

 than the previous generation, the EXS220.

 I frankly would rather play a driver that sits open than closed, but I realize I am weird, and

 Tor Edge has realized this, most golfers want a little bit of offset. They want it to look a little bit closed.
