1. Straps are not comfy when wearing a sleeveless shirt. Planning to modify this by putting some cushioning or soft fabric covers over the straps

Purchased bag to wear traveling on vacation in Urban area. Wanted hands free to go out and sight see and still have style. It is a good looking bag but the straps kept sliding out of adjustment. Had to constantly hold the straps to keep it from sliding off

They really need to design a hip belt that is proportionately sized for this bag. Still, there are only two or three other companies that make a bag that fits ALL these requirements. Others came close, but were either missing the pass through, or did not have attachment hooks for a shoulder strap, top loading instead of suitcase style, etc.

I needed a medium-sized bag to hold what I need for work, and this bag fills that need well. It has a good number of pockets inside and out - the outside zip pockets are great for holding my keys and phone, and are easily accessible. The inside pockets make it easy to organize my things. The safety features (included metal cord for attaching to chair, clip to keep zipper from pulling open) are a nice plus

So Menaul has the carry-on 2.0 and the daily bag, and the two bags were kind of designed together so that you could put the daily bag inside the carry...

I knew I was going on a 16 day trip and I wanted a bag that would fit my DSLR camera, gopro, external batteries, money, and other miscellaneous things you keep on you when traveling. All of this I wanted in a small bag that was secure but also did not look touristy so if it showed up in pictures it looked cute.

* The harness and backpack straps are brilliant. The padding on the back allows for plenty of air to pass through while supporting the lower back and base of neck. The straps are plush and breathable thanks to the perforations found throughout. Whether hiking or urban exploring, the back harness was exceptional

This pack is cute and holds a lot, and i really like the security of being able to put my valuables against my back so people can’t grab them. Unfortunately the straps have issues. As i’m putting on and taking off the bag, and the weight is on the strap, sometimes it will loosen (that thing with the teeth moves), and i’ve almost dropped the bag if it’s heavy. Not cool if there’s a computer inside

So without a case, this pocket will hold a 15” laptop and with a case, a 13” laptop should fit just fine.

I do want for a place for my water bottle as in the inner pocket with the laptop seems like a recipe for disaster. The inner pocket is small and will not fit all the items shown in the photos included with the product.

I hopped on and off buses, the subway, and walked around. I’m 62 years old and the Tortuga bag is a game changer.

I use this to go to work, its great, im a bit of a nerd when it comes to these sorts of things and the backpack is just what i wanted, i no longer need the safety features but still find them super cool and wish i had owned one of these backpacks when i lived in Brazil - the secret compartments and added safety hooks and stuff would have been perfect for walking around downtown - great back for international travel!!
