I haven't used any type of Tide detergent in years, primarily due to wanting to use detergent for skin sensitivity, but this has converted me. I wear a lot of white for work (both T-shirts and blouses), and using this Tide Ultra Stain Release made them so much brighter, the type of brighter I've been trying for for months with little to no success! On top of the brighter whites, everything came out of the washer smelling super clean! Would definitely recommend this detergent to those looking to brighten their clothes and make them smell good! This product was easy to use - just toss in and wash no need for additional stain removers. For those who gravitate to smell like I do - this was not bad. I've liked other scents more but it smells much better than harsh stain removers.

 The Tide pods look like milk in color; these look like beer (or maybe urine? in color. The results of the pods are what is most important. I rarely use just cold water. Dress/Work clothes (business casual) are warm water/cold rinse, and most other stuff is hot water/cold rinse

I use all free clear regularly because it is affordable and works better than other 'clean' laundry products. I like all free clear mighty pacs best - no measuring, no pouring, no dye, no perfume - all the right kind of NO's for clean fresh laundry! I highly recommend.

 Pods should not be yellow it should be a clear formula not a urine color with a strong chemical smell. Not only that the pods were broken in both packages. I would suggest buying the smaller packs from local stores because trying to save money on amazon for this product is not worthy.

Is this a joke?

 Which means less money spent on clothing because it doesn’t fade or where out as quickly. I live in western Washington of the pacific northwest where soft water is common in the region. Soaps & detergents perform better with soft water.

For this review, & my own curiosity, I tested how quickly a pac dissolves in tap cold water. I placed the pac at the back of the wash tub, set the washer to Large load, started the washer & a stop watch timer on my phone at the same time. After a couple minutes the pac began floating because it has a little air inside. Obviously, this wouldn’t happen if the pac were on the bottom of the tub & the tub was filled with laundry

 When my darks were washed & dried with my white briefs & socks the white clothing left a little white lint & small pill balls on my dark clothes, that were difficult to impossible to remove. So I switched to dark colored briefs & black ankle socks, no more problem of either white or dark lint.

TLDR: For 6 to 7 years I’ve had great results using these pacs to wash my laundry with water that’s tap cold wash & cold rinse. My laundry isn’t particularly dirty or smelly, so using 2 pacs for each extra large load works great.

 My washer does not have a dispenser for pre-wash but I can on the times I want a double wash add 1-2 pods depending on size load and then select pre-wash too but by adding the pods to the liquid/powder machine dispensor these work great. I never have soap build up and never have found a pod that hadn't disolved completely. SO for me these are great. Have no children at our home or grandkids under the age of 12 so never an issue here about if it can be seen as candy

 I have saved a number of them but have trouble finding a good fit to use as storage containers. Someone needs to develop a after market lid so one could use as a sealed container otherwise way too NOT GREEN for LandFill end of life choice here. Haven't found a lid yet.

 The colors stay vibrant and the whites still gleam. Using pods also makes it easier to train children to help more with the laundry as the pods are pre-measured.
