Great design but not for every bike. I have a Trek Powerfly 4 eBike which I love. The ramp does make it easier to get the bike on the rack but tough for 1 person. Takes 2 to really guide it up the small included ramp

75” deeper - and our bikes have only 2” tires, they aren’t fat tires, which others have complained about. Third con is trivial but there isn’t any way to secure the ramp in place once the bikes are on, I just dropped the ramp into a depression in the middle of the rack and held it in place with a bungee cord; that shouldn’t be necessary on an expensive rack like this. In summary: this is a very good rack but it could be improved.

I was really excited about receiving this product, and I thought the price was even better. However, On the back of the case, there was bumps in the silicone. I loved everything about this case, but for $100 I expect things to be flawless. Not sure if this was refurbished or not

Relatively lightweight with a folding design that collapses for storage or when not in use. The loading process is somewhat complicated and the ramp is too short when used with a truck or Jeep. The bike frame attachment system isn't very adjustable. Lots of plastic and moving parts, we have some durability concerns

Well its an apple, so the price is racked up but the life of the battery does do its job, charge up every other day and pretty strong durability thus far. White is surprisingly not staining.

The ramp is somewhat useless because it’s flimsy and moves around when attached to the rack. It’s hard to keep in place. My bike weighs 52 lbs without the battery. When placing it on the rack the tires do not stay very well in the tracks

It's a tight squeeze fitting 2 ebikes on this rack, but we did it. Hopefully, we'll be able to travel with it. I think it's time someone comes up with a rack for fat tire Ebikes!!! PLEASE!!!

You could rest the iPhone still in its case on the wireless charger and charge both the case and the phone, or you could leave only the case on the wireless charger (make sure it's properly lined up and charging, though). It takes a good long while to charge both an iPhone XS Max and this battery case via Qi or Lightning via a 5W charger, so definitely consider at least a 12W adapter with Lightning, or something better. This case makes more sense for the XS, less for the Max and least for the XR I haven't even discussed the Smart Battery Case for the iPhone XR because, look: You don't need it

Cannot give it 5 stars for 2 reasons. The price is outrageous and the ramp that comes with it is too short for an suv. I think since they are including the ramp it should be one that works for all vehicles. In order to use the feature of the ramp you have to either rig yourself a longer addition or buy an additional longer ramp for $80

Way to highly priced! I drop my phone a ton so it has ripped up on the corners but I love the battery and it keeps my phone charged for a long time. Wish I could turn it off when my phone is already at 100% tho

Purchased this rack for my ebikes because I liked the design. When I went to use it for the first time, everything went well until I tried to load my second bike. The space between the bikes wasn't wide enough to accommodate the 2nd bike. I have two 20 inch, foldable bikes with wide 4 inch wheels and I simply could not get them to fit

Otherwise, don’t get this because it (1) makes your iPhone too bulky (2) is made from sticky plastic that collects dust.
