I’ve suffered from aches and pains from sleeping due to a lanky, awkward frame my whole life— and aging & injuries made it become painful. Knee & core (eg lots of types of sit-ups) helped some, but my brother pointed out you have to be symmetrical about your exercise: right+left..

Other brands had exploded in my pocket, making a complete mess. This is the only one that hasn't and I've been taking them with me on hikes and climbing workouts

I am going to try mixing with another flavor in the future, try to get that PB&J taste maybe??  The boost of energy is gradual, but lasts for awhile.  Great for rides

  If you don't have saliva, your issue isn't energy, you need some liquids.  Plus, drinking a little bit after a GU shot helps.  I've never had that "sit in the bottom of your stomach" feel with the GU gels.
