 You will see that once you've ripped that grip tape off that grip tape is no longer able to be used. You're going to have to get yourself some new grip tape. But despite those drawbacks the TMG H20 Mini like I've said 100 times already it's awesome. It's got great range, really decent top speed especially for a short board and the carving on it is incredible

 When you're already cruising along the thumb wheel is nice and responsive with accelerating and braking but it's when you start accelerating from a stand still that seems to be the problem. I get this momentary juddering in the motors when I ease the accelerator on coming from a standstill. If I kick push off first and get the board rolling and then ease the accelerator on I don't get this juddering at all. So it's a pretty easy workaround and you'll probably actually save some battery power with this method anyway

Teamgee H20 Mini Review - My Favorite Short Electric Skateboard

 Hey eSkaters, Nate from eSkateHub here with another electric skateboard review.

 Now I'm really excited because this is one of my favourite electric skateboards yet

 and in this review I'm going to show you exactly why I love it so much.

 If you haven't already noticed there's been a big shift in the eSkate scene lately

 where companies are starting to release these mini electric skateboards which is great for me

 because I absolutely love a short electric skateboard and I'm betting there's a few of

 you out there that are the same. You've probably seen the Boosted Mini and the Evolve Stoke and

 thought f*** that is a lot of money for a mini electric skateboard. Well today I've got something

 for you that is both mini, affordable and has decent specs to go along with it. It's the Team

 G H20 Mini and it only costs $499 but is it right for you? That's ultimately what it comes down to,

 every eSkater is different and needs an eboard that fits their unique riding style. So in this

 review I'm going to take a deeper look at the Team G H20 Mini and find out whether or not this

 electric skateboard is right for you. In the box you get the H20 Mini electric skateboard,

 the remote control, the board charger, a micro usb cable to charge the remote, a t-tool and a user

 manual. Now let's take a close look at the board and my my is it pretty. It very much has that

 whole surf vibe going on with the fishtail kick and the split grip tape with the natural timber

 running down the middle and around the outside of the deck. Underneath you've got two separated

 metal enclosures, one for the battery pack and one for the ESC. It's 31 inches long,

 nine inches wide and made entirely from Canadian maple. So it's very stiff and pretty much has zero

 flex in it. I did a little bit of a flex test to show you but I didn't want to stress it too much

 because I didn't want to run the risk of snapping it. It has an ever so slight concave which is

 hardly noticeable to look at but still assists in cornering and keeping your feet feeling locked

 into the eboard while you're riding it. You've got 80 millimeter wheels which are some of the

 smallest on any mini electric skateboard available at the moment. But stick around because later in

 the video I'll show you why this is part of the reason I love the H20 Mini so much. It's got

 generic TMG trucks which are nicely branded, quarter inch risers and the bushings are barrel

 on the bottom and cone on top. As for the electrics, the H20 Mini has dual 450 watt motors,

 the latest Hobbywing ESC which you'll see a little bit more of later on and a 7.5 amp hour battery.

 So they are the components that make up the Team G H20 Mini electric skateboard. Now it's time for

 the fun part, doing all the tests. But before we do them, if you're enjoying these videos please

 so the remote is fantastic. For starters it's pretty big. For all of the size TMG has trimmed

 off the board they've added it to the remote. It's easy to hang on to and will be a lot more

 comfortable for people with bigger hands. You turn it on with this button and you'll see the

 TMG logo pop up. Then you have to turn the board on with the power button on the enclosure under

 the deck. To cycle through the speed modes you single click this button on the remote.

 Mode one has a top speed of 20 kilometres an hour, mode two has a top speed of 30 kilometres an hour

 and modes three and four both have a top speed of 35 kilometres an hour with the only difference

 being that mode four has a higher acceleration than mode three. To drop the board into reverse

 you just double click the mode button. When you're in reverse you still get the same top speeds for

 each of the modes so you could potentially do 35 kilometres an hour in reverse if you're in mode

 three or four which I would highly recommend you do not do. When you get to the desired speed that

 you want to cruise at just hit the power button and you'll be in cruise control. You can tell

 it's in cruise control because the little mode indicator is now a solid square. To turn it off

 just hold down the power button and turn the board off underneath the deck. So moving on to the

 riding tests let's start with my favourite the top speed test. I managed to hit a top of 40 kilometres

 an hour or 25 miles per hour which is strange because the maximum speed that we saw was possible

 on the remote was 35 kilometres an hour which is 22 miles per hour. I always try to find the most

 level surface when doing these tests because I want to make them as unbiased as possible but it

 can get tricky sometimes when I'm out on a ride. Look it's very possible that there was a downward

 slope but it must have been ever so slight for me to have not have even noticed. Throughout my

 entire ride including at the higher speeds I didn't get any speed wobbles and the trucks

 weren't tight either. I actually forgot to tighten them up before going out on the ride which proved

 to be a good thing in the end which I will show you in a sec. Now onto the range test. The total
