 what players are going to benefit most, what benefits players will see from the SIM. We'll

 talk to you about our experiences from getting to hit it for the first time, talk about the

 feel, talk about the sound, and obviously the performance. In particular, we put it

 up against the previous model M6 driver from TaylorMade. We'll talk to you about the results

 we saw when comparing the two side-by-side, and then we'll talk to you about the technology

 that goes into the new SIM driver. Listed are the standard specifications on the SIM

 They've got a carbon sole on the SIM driver as well as a pretty highlighted carbon crown.

 You can imagine with all that carbon, the SIM line of drivers from TaylorMade produce

 a fairly dampened or muffled kind of a thud at the golf ball. As we get into the performance

 on the SIM driver, I have to go back and explain the SIM acronym for shape and motion. TaylorMade

 is using the shape of the club to make the club more aerodynamic, trying to help players

 achieve higher club head speeds. If the club is traveling faster at impact, the ball should

 end up traveling faster as well and more ball speed is going to equate to more distance.

 So we'll start right there with club head speed and again we are comparing the new SIM

 driver to the previous model M6 and I typically swing a driver without fail 97 to 100 miles

 an hour. Very rarely do I exceed that with the M6 driver. I was right there swinging

 at just around or above 98 miles an hour. Switching over to the SIM driver, I did. I

 picked up roughly five miles an hour of club head speed averaging at about 103. A higher

 club head speed did in fact give me a higher ball speed and that nearly two mile an hour

 increase in ball speed combined with an improved spin rate over the M6 went from just about

 2700 RPMs to about 24 with the SIM that equate in about three yards of distance and then
