Okay not swole but resistance bands have helped me up my game by taking a mundane exercise like squats... but the bands on and get in your stance

UPDATED REVIEW (2020-11-02): My trainer recommended these to me. After about 10 sessions the black 40 pound band snapped despite no outer wear or damage. Since I could not return them or replace them via Amazon at that point I decided instead to write my original review (preserved below) describing the problem. Almost immediately after posting it I was contacted by a customer service representative who offered to replace the set at no additional cost

I’m a former collegiate track athlete that still works out and loves resistance bands but these in particular aren’t my favourite. They slide no matter the surface (skin or leggings) and the letters came off as soon as the first stretch (not a big deal to me) I have to wear both heavy and medium when doing anything legs to get the amount of resistance I need. Upper body wise, its fine. I give 3 stars because of the name we all know and trust but I expected better

It's just easier to note, track and identify which band is going to be more resistance. NEGATIVE? Length. These are made for small spaces. Nevertheless there's tons of exercises one can do to stay fit!

I have hip osteoarthritis and the black band works great to stretch out my hip and keep it from being stiff. Great value too!
