It would also save you a bit of money as this one isn't cheap either. Overall for the person who wants that bit extra from a roller then its a great product and would reccomend, otherwise stick with the standard.

UPDATED REVIEW (2020-11-02): My trainer recommended these to me. After about 10 sessions the black 40 pound band snapped despite no outer wear or damage. Since I could not return them or replace them via Amazon at that point I decided instead to write my original review (preserved below) describing the problem. Almost immediately after posting it I was contacted by a customer service representative who offered to replace the set at no additional cost

It's just easier to note, track and identify which band is going to be more resistance. NEGATIVE? Length. These are made for small spaces. Nevertheless there's tons of exercises one can do to stay fit!
