 I did use this set for 10 days before writing this review to give the items a fair review.  The ankle cuffs could have more cushion inside, but that isn’t a make or break deal for me. The manual is just okay, nothing special. I did find videos on YouTube so that helped out

 I find myself actually using it while I watch tv which for me is a huge plus!  Overall, for me, as a complete beginner and using this while I watch TV, it is perfect for me. Someone who has been working out for years may not say the same thing, but that’s due to them knowing what equipment or tools may be better suited for them.  This review is all mine. UPDATED REVIEW (2020-11-02):  My trainer recommended these to me. After about 10 sessions the black 40 pound band snapped despite no outer wear or damage. Since I could not return them or replace them via Amazon at that point I decided instead to write my original review (preserved below) describing the problem. Almost immediately after posting it I was contacted by a customer service representative who offered to replace the set at no additional cost

 So I've updated this review from 2-stars to 4-stars in light of that interaction.  I still think the sleeves around the band, while good for preventing rubbing and keeping bands untangled, do inhibit full range of motion and it's often difficult to locate a mid-point when using multiple bands where both will stretch equally in each direction. I'm of average build and hight, so your mileage may vary depending on if you are taller or shorter than average. Other than that, these have worked well for me now going on 24 sessions with them

 It's just easier to note, track and identify which band is going to be more resistance.  NEGATIVE? Length. These are made for small spaces. Nevertheless there's tons of exercises one can do to stay fit!

 We're going to talk about three different jump ropes that you can get or use in the crossfit space in your gym and for just overall fitness, we're going to kind of go from the most basic that I would recommend to the more advanced some of the benefits of all three of those things and why you might want to look into purchasing any one of them. So the first one we're going to start with is the Rogue Fitness Sr2 3.0 with the long handle. What I like about this rope is this is going to be kind of the workhorse of the jump ropes, right? Like it's not at a very high price point 46 dollars off Roguefitness

 If you have the plastic coating on the rope, that's going to give you a little bit more dumb durability in longevity in the rope. Again, it makes it a little bit slower. It doesn't bend and move as well, which lends to again the speed and efficiency of a rope like the Evo rope. Um, big fan of all three of these

 You could measure it out to be exactly what it needs to be for your body type in terms of efficiency and speed. But usually for people, having that little bit of extra wiggle room is going to be great for when they're just starting out. So that's one of the things I like about having the adjustable cord or being able to adjust the length of your cord in just one rope. You don't have to buy extra ropes, you can just buy one and make these small adjustments you can see

 I like the long handle. I feel like it gives me a little bit more control when I'm doing my double unders, but it does reduce the speed at which I can do them. so I feel like I have a little more torque on the rope when I'm when I'm spinning it around with a longer handle. But again, the speed isn't quite as fast with a long handle

JUMP ROPE REVIEW: 3 OF BEST ROPES FOR ALL ABILITY LEVELS!

 So I'm going to tighten this clasp just a little bit, hand tighten it so I kind of have a fixed place I'm going to take my wire snippers and I'm going to clip the jump rope and then reposition the end cap that way. I don't get scratched by the cable I'm ready to roll I'm going to tighten down the the nut and and make sure that it's going to work Okay, now that we've got our our cable cut and we've got the end cap put back on to protect the the wires from scraping us up at all. I've also tightened down the the clasp. Okay, you can use a little bit of Loctite If you're confident that you've cut it to the right length, dip the screw in some Loctite and screw it back in that way it doesn't slip on you in competition

 Pretty good. and one of the things you're going to want to listen for is whether the jump rope slaps out in front of you, that's going to cause it to bounce, and maybe you can trip up a little bit easier on it if it swings and never touches the ground. That maybe just a little bit too short. When you're really proficient at double unders, That's kind of ideal is that you don't want the jump rope to touch the floor, but you don't want it to be too short

 With that said, now it's time to test out our cut. Make sure that it was at the right length. Pretty good. and one of the things you're going to want to listen for is whether the jump rope slaps out in front of you, that's going to cause it to bounce, and maybe you can trip up a little bit easier on it if it swings and never touches the ground

 So what I'm going to do is I'm going to hold the two ends, step into the bottom of the rope, and try to line it up so that I know exactly where I want to trim it without being too excessive with my dream in here. so about about right there looks good. So I'm going to tighten this clasp just a little bit, hand tighten it so I kind of have a fixed place I'm going to take my wire snippers and I'm going to clip the jump rope and then reposition the end cap that way.
