 I find myself actually using it while I watch tv which for me is a huge plus!  Overall, for me, as a complete beginner and using this while I watch TV, it is perfect for me. Someone who has been working out for years may not say the same thing, but that’s due to them knowing what equipment or tools may be better suited for them.  This review is all mine. UPDATED REVIEW (2020-11-02):  My trainer recommended these to me. After about 10 sessions the black 40 pound band snapped despite no outer wear or damage. Since I could not return them or replace them via Amazon at that point I decided instead to write my original review (preserved below) describing the problem. Almost immediately after posting it I was contacted by a customer service representative who offered to replace the set at no additional cost

 So I've updated this review from 2-stars to 4-stars in light of that interaction.  I still think the sleeves around the band, while good for preventing rubbing and keeping bands untangled, do inhibit full range of motion and it's often difficult to locate a mid-point when using multiple bands where both will stretch equally in each direction. I'm of average build and hight, so your mileage may vary depending on if you are taller or shorter than average. Other than that, these have worked well for me now going on 24 sessions with them

 It's just easier to note, track and identify which band is going to be more resistance.  NEGATIVE? Length. These are made for small spaces. Nevertheless there's tons of exercises one can do to stay fit!

 Not the kind of dirty you think where you know it's like footprints and stuff and dirt. I would say more if you're just using it on your floor and you have like crumbs you'd ever have a vacuum in a while. It can pick up those crumbs or that that hair or you know whatever you have on the floor it will pick up that because once again, the matte sticky. Okay, and for the most part I use it on this side, but this part right here is fairly sticky and it will pick up whatever you probably have on the floor like crumbs or like I said before, so keep that in mind as well

 From my experience, this has been a mat that has served me well throughout the few months I've had it and I I am confident that's going to serve me well throughout the years to come with yoga and stretching.  So this is a good yoga mat if you are looking to go to yoga retreats. If you're looking to travel somewhere to do yoga, this is a good yoga mat to have because it's quite light. And also if you're going somewhere tropical or somewhere really hot, then this top layer of this yoga mat will protect from any mold or mildew. Something very important to keep in mind

 Another thing to point out is the top surface of this yoga mat is coated with an antimicrobial layer, which means that it prevents mold and mildew. And this is something to keep in mind if you practice either in a very humid environment or if you practice a dynamic form of yoga and you sweat a lot. So for example, I try to go to my teacher in India every year and there it's rather hot and we sweat a lot so that would be a good option to have there with me. And also because it's quite light, it means that this is easy to travel with

 So this is a very good thing Anyone who has a dynamic form of practice. I was very, very happy with this yoga mat. Like the grip was exceptionally good. Another thing is that because it is quite thick, it's not as thick as the Manduka mat, but it's quite thick

 Okay, so this is the mat so I'm gonna give myself one month to test it out and I'll let you know how we get on. So this is about one month later went by like that, didn't it?
