On this hat I try and tuck the neck cape up behind the tensioning strap when I don't need it and want to feel the breeze.

I had a regular medium size adventure hat before, which was the perfect size, but it was taken after I accidentally left it at a facility one day. I thought if I was ordering another one, I may as well go for the upgrade, but this one seems to be half the size of the original. The brim is way smaller.

Not a problem. This color is also the right color for me: it is sort of a grey blue, and the trim on the edges does not stand out as much as it did in the photo, which I like. It is a somewhat neutral color that will not get dirty too quickly. My one concern is how it looks after a lot more sweat sits on it for a longer period of time, but as a bald man this is a problem I have with all hats

After a good number of years, had to order a replacement, having forgotten the old one on a train from Florence, Italy. Wanted to replace with what I had because the hat had been great in protecting from the sun and keeping the old noggin cool. The replacement is getting downgraded because the khaki/olive color is NOT what it had been. The image on the websites (including Tilley’s) shows the original color, but, the color of the new hat is actually an olive/khaki (much more green than tan)
