I purchased this from the Warehouse because of the price difference and I needed a new, reliable, well-reviewed chair for working from home. I guess I've learned my lesson to not purchase again from the Warehouse because they apparently don't know the definition of "Like New". I will be keeping this chair because at first sit, it feels comfortable and provides the necessary back support I was looking to get. A high-end chair will last for years and offer you way better comfort. Your back will thank you too.

(my monitors are only 27" tho). So far (first day) im pretty happy with the stability.

I have no idea how to rotate the cylinder so that it aligns with the lever. Seems like a serious design flaw if the cylinder can rotate such that the level is misaligned and the raise/lower functionality doesn't work.
