My company (I'm an employee, not owner) recently replaced all the office chairs with these. The seat is too flexible, it creates a pressure point wherever your bottom rests and is very uncomfortable for myself and many of my peers. We've had people report back strain, tailbone pain, etc. We even had a rep come in who gave us a demo and adjusted all the chairs for us

For now ill keep using this until I get a replacement that I hope survives at least a few years without issues as my next chair.

I've had two of these chairs, and while I was impressed with the comparison to more expensive office chairs at first, it is now obvious that these were designed to prevent user maintenance. The seat cushion on both will pop out over time, and you cannot reattach it without special tools. Further, if you sit in the chair with the cushion only partially attached, the flimsy plastic piece under it will crack. While I normally give companies some slack during the pandemic, getting warranty support was a nightmare and required more fees and cost than buying something new

Final Notes: While it should be clear from the review I'll make highlight the point that this isn't an exciting or sexy chair; it's an eminently practical one. When you sit down there isn't a wow factor, as you are more likely to get from the Leap or the Aeron. However who cares about an initial wow? If you use a chair this much I believe you want something that works in the long haul, which is what this chair is meant for. If you're an occasional sitter then one of the others is good, but if you spend long periods, day after day year after year in your chair doing creative work then this is the best in my opinion
