 The previous model there's also no getting away from the price which at twelve hundred dollars, is the first rx100 model to break into four figures. Putting up against some pretty tempting competition, albeit normally with larger cameras and that's the thing how many pocket cameras can give you a reasonably sharp 24 to 200 millimeter zoom with autofocus that can capture action at 24 frames per second coupled with uncropped decent quality? 4K video. A thousand frames per second slow-motion, a touchscreen and a pop-up viewfinder. That'S the unique proposition of the rx100 mark 6, but it's one you'll need to dig deep to pay for, but again sony's keeping their earlier models on sales to check carefully, which features you actually need

 why? 1) it is like any other point and shoot camera, lots of out of focus. For the $1200 shelf price, it better be focusing better and faster than that 2). Battery life (but ok since is it a small battery) 3) No external battery charger? Really ? For the price we are paying for it, it should have one. but no, we have to buy at Amazon for $40

Specifications to become the perfect camera

 You have to decide for yourself if the 8X zoom is worth the slower lens speed and much higher price.  The attached photos were taken from several miles away from downtown San Francisco and show you what 8X zoom can do.  For you social media types, the WiFi feature has always worked great for me. I use the Android smartphone app and cannot comment on iphone

 All of the RX100 models are about the same size and fit easily into my pants pocket (not skinny jeans though). Image quality is really great for all of these because of the 1 inch sensor, which gives you me image detail, great bokeh (at short range at least), and great low-light capability. My first RX100 was the original, aka RX100M1. I upgraded to the RX100M3 two years later to get the popup viewfinder (a tremendously useful feature, especially outdoors) and WiFi connectivity to my smartphone

This is my third RX100 camera (over a 6 year period). These are the best pocket-sized cameras in the world. All of the RX100 models are about the same size and fit easily into my pants pocket (not skinny jeans though). This is wonderful compact camera! As someone who has used DSLRs and more recently mirrorless cameras for decades, I was impressed by the performance. There are a lot of reviews out there about this camera and the pros/cons about the additional reach with the 200mm zoom versus the lost low light ability, so I'll skip that. However, and this isn't a fair comparison, coming from a Canon 6D and now a Sony A7 III, the RX100 VI 1 inch sensor can't compete in the low light department. It was strained in relatively decent light -- an airplane cabin with all the lights on, for example, although perfectly acceptable for Instagram or Facebook

  Video performance was really, really good. Completely blew away my Canon 6D. The only downside is that an external mic jack would have been nice, so the sound could be as good as the video. The internal mic is decent, though

 I actually had to use the "low" continuous shooting setting because it was too fast for most situations.  Battery life is much better than I expected it to be. I was able to take a full day's worth of pictures and some video on one battery while sightseeing on vacation.  The menu system, especially as I am used to Canon, had a steep learning curve, but once configured, and used for a while, wasn't too bad

 However, and this isn't a fair comparison, coming from a Canon 6D and now a Sony A7 III, the RX100 VI 1 inch sensor can't compete in the low light department.  There's a color version and a monochrome version. This is an extremely versatile and well-rounded camera. So here's what I want to talk about in this video. So the Q2 was released in March of 2019

 but I also think that you can control this a little bit With the new metering mode that they've given you for highlight priority. So image quality on here is absolutely outstanding. Reason number three would be versatility. So the way that this camera works is like it takes advantage of this high resolution and you have these crop modes that you can work within

 This is a very unique lens. You're not going to find it anywhere else in Leica's lineup. What also is special about this lens? Not only is it extremely sharp, but it does have a macro function so you can twist the front part of the lens go into macro mode. You combine this with the crop modes and you can get some really interesting macro shots

Is the Leica Q2 worth it in 2022?

 Hey, it's Jordan being filmed on the Leica Q2 in Cinema 4k, which actually looks pretty decent, but unfortunately it's basically useless as this camera has no ports, just an SD card slot and a battery door on it as well. It only shoots in program, auto exposure and this is a camera for people who know what they're doing. You're not gonna be hands-on with this camera, it's a shame. Decent quality, beautiful lens, but I don't think anyone should be using this for higher-end video

 If you were to buy a 28 millimeter 1.7 Leica M lens, it probably will a more expensive than this entire system. So considering the image quality that we're getting, the experience that we're getting, and the fact that the camera is fun to use if you've got the budget for it, that might make this Q2 something that you're really gonna enjoy taking photos with. Now of course this is just our first impressions of this full production camera, but we will eventually have on DP review comm full lab tests, Then you can really get down and see what you think about the image quality compared to a lot of the stuff out there and maybe even explanation of why that JPEG color is crappy in our opinion

 The tactile response is excellent I Like the aperture dial feels like a classic like M lens. The manual focus is buttery smooth and it's really easy to click in to autofocus the macro dial. It's easy to turn back and forth. The only thing I would say is there's no click stop so you might have it halfway through

 And the photos that you get despite kind of crappy JPEG color once tweaked the way you like it are phenomenal. That has to be appreciated. This is a lot like you know the Sony Rx1r 2 and how it was also able to pair a lens perfectly with a sensor. Consider to that
