 You can also take your phone with you outside on a run and it has GPS in the app so it will track your mileage that way too and that's just a great option to have. [Music] All right, so we're gonna turn the F 63 on just so you can get a feel for the noise output and then the raising and lowering of the deck. If you're spending under $1000 for your treadmill, you can expect to replace at least components of it, if not the whole thing much sooner. So if you're looking under $1000 the Sole F 63 is great

Sole F63 Treadmill Review

This is a long term review of the Sole F63 treadmill. I purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods and purchase the 3 year extended warranty. August of 2010 will be the end of the third year so far I have had the console replaced twice because the display was starting to fade out in certain places and have replace the front roller once because one of the magnets that controls the speed kept falling out and the roller started squeaking. Also had the "running" deck replaced and I imagine it is going to break again

 At least buy the extended warranty. I have received pretty good service from the warranty company. Hope this long term review helps.

 I called Sole and a 2-3 week process began to get parts and a technician out to fix the brand new unit. To their credit, Sole did fix the problem, but I am dismayed that a $1000 treadmill can show up broken. Sole is a US company, but most of the unit is made in China. Someone at Sole needs to get their manufacturing partners in line

Arrived broken, works well after warranty repair

eTL:DR. Sole F63 treadmill keeps burning out speed control board - board, motor both replaced twice, belt replaced once, seems like the board is about to burn out again. I know this reads like an email I should send to Sole support, but I'm just so frustrated with them at this point, and I'm hoping that a benevolent and wise redditor can offer some insight. I have an F63 that I bought about 18 months ago

 You must have at least two STRONG people or pay for installation. The motor and tread weighs someting like 150 lbs and is around 5 feet long so it is not easy to move around. My brother and I had to get it down a set of stairs. He is strong as an ox, but was ready to give up by the time we made it to the bottom

  The only downside is that it is big, heavy, and, though foldable, not very stowable. Getting it setup in my house was a heck of a workout. Exactly what I was looking for

  I chose the F63 because the F80 was 50% more in price and I couldn't justify the price difference. The F80 does have a better deck, larger motor and better warranty. But the warranty on the F63 is not that bad. The deck is a little harder but it's more flexible than the street! I also liked the electronics on the F63 more than the F80

Excelllent Choice for the Money

I like to run close to the screen and it's impossible to do on this treadmilll without constantly stepping on the motor cover. I can't believe they could test this treadmill design and think the size of the hood wasn't an issue. Buyer beware.

It has the start and stop ability from your control panel right here and then on the opposite side, the right hand side. You also have the speed control 2 plus you also have the two metal things that will tell you your heart rate

How To Use Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T4400 Treadmill

 First of all, if you're using it using it on a hardwood floor, then make sure to have a mat underneath and exercise equipment mat because, as I said, the treadmill is light and it is small. So it can have a tendency to move. Unless you have a mat underneath, if you're using it on a hardwood floor, the other thing is this is really suited for light to medium intensity workouts, because it is a little bit narrower than other treadmills. So it won't really enable you to run very fast, especially if you are a large build, but for light to medium intensity workouts

 It'S better to use the calories measurement for a relative measure. So you can see how many you know how much more intensely you're working out or how many more calories you're burning, but I wouldn't use it as an absolute measure to see accurately how many actual calories you've burned. There are holders for your iPod for your phone or for your drink, and it is a little bit smaller than other treadmills. It'S narrower and the length isn't that long, but it is actually pretty easy to do you're running on this treadmill for the most part

 Unless, of course, you're overly sized or very large, then it may be a bit difficult. The compact size also makes it easier to fit into the home or any type of room that you have so you know, even though it is a little bit narrower. It also folds up easy, it's light and it's portable and it can fit pretty much anywhere. The inclines on this machine are manually done so there isn't a computer computerized function for doing the inclines, which isn't really that big of a deal you can set the inclines and get a better workout if you want to, and of course you save on the price By not having a motorized incline function, the programs it comes with about nine built-in workout programs, so that helps you prevent boredom switch up your exercise routine and make sure that your body doesn't adapt so that you can keep your fat burning in your conditioning

Well, I've only had this treadmill for about 3 weeks and so far it's done its job. It's pretty basic, (no pause feature, which would be nice) but that's ok because I'm not a hardcore runner or anything..

Basic But Pretty Good For What I Paid

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I only wanted a simple treadmill that didn't cost a ton but was sturdy. This is prefect for me. I am 5'9" 180lbs (for now lol)  and it fits me perfectly. It's not a huge platform and it doesn't take up a lot of room, which is great for me because I work out in my basement

So if you're looking for just a simple inexpensive treadmill to burn some calories on, this is the one.
