I was looking for something and stumbled on the Streamlight and other brand name lanterns but they were way more expensive and I couldn't use existing 18650 batteries I had on hand. One of the other big reasons I bought this lantern was because it could use a power bank as a source of power. I'm glad I picked this up and it provided incredible light output at my campsite. Power of a small sun on Turbo mode, but only for a little while before it steps down (decreases in output) to protect the internals because it will get hot QUICK. Also, 100% agree with u/The_Muffins_Man, she's a keeper!.
