Horrible remote Having owned several Samsung television sets over the years this set is the worst I have ever had barring none. I would return it in a second if I still had the box it came in. Fortunately I still have the TV I replace with the new set so I can watch channels that are constantly freezing on this set. I would advise anyone, including consumer reports to avoid purchasing Samsung TVs until they improve performance

Remote control  as overall performance

 The smart TV part of it is absolutely ludicrous! It’s the worst engineering I think I’ve ever seen on a TV ! When you are watching a baseball game or any show that has movement, the picture freezes about every 7 to 8 seconds for about half a second. You have to use two remotes because the one that comes with the TV I was very limited capabilities. The picture is good, but it is not any better than my eight year old LG TV that this one replaced. Samsung technical support is absolutely useless

..and i have to tell you i wish i had gotten the 55" . this thing is prolly 10" bigger than the LG/ HUGE- so

this is an awesome tv- LARGER than i had planned on...

Limited ability to adjust sound quality. Dialog in some cases is mumbled. I wish I could tweak audio character to clarify dialog in movies; I have that capability on my old Samsung. Also, no surround sound option that is available and effective on my 9-year-old Samsung 48-inch TV

Disappointments

 Like most VA panel TVs, it has an excellent contrast ratio&nbsp;and great black uniformity, though unfortunately, it lacks a local dimming feature to help further improve blacks. It has outstandingly low input lag, but unfortunately, it doesn&#39;t support variable refresh rates and only has a 60Hz panel. Overall, while it doesn&#39;t perform much better than the 2019 Samsung RU7300 or the 2020 Samsung TU8000, it&#39;s a decent choice if you&#39;re looking for a curved 4k TV.
