The Shark Rotator Lift-Away ADV is a corded upright/handheld vacuum. It delivers superb bare-floor cleaning performance and should clear most kinds of debris on both low and high-pile carpet. It's also fairly configurable to suit different cleaning requirements, with two different suction levels, two floor settings, and a decently wide assortment of tools and brushes. Unfortunately, it's quite heavy, and its short vacuum hose makes cleaning high-placed areas and furniture a little tricky in its semi-handheld 'Lift-Away' mode

I'd say the suction is about 75% of what the Dyson does based on my experience. The Dyson is more ergonomically friendly and that's what the Shark is lacking. Bottom line, I'd recommend this vacuum cleaner but if you've got a bigger budget, go with something better.

This vacuum is powerful and light. I love the self cleaning brush. I hated manually cutting out the hair on the brush of my last vacuum. This vacuum is really self propelled and easy to push

I have a lab and a border collie mix, and the [Shark Navigator Lift Away 2XL capacity]([URL REMOVED] handles hair, dirt, and everything else they track through the house like a champ, and comes apart so easily if the brush roller needs cleaned. It has a hard floor setting and a carpet setting, and you can adjust the suction level on it too if you need to vacuum a rug without it getting sucked in.

Suction: Still better than a lot of brands, but not nearly as good as my previous shark.

I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this Shark vacuum. I have three daughters, a long haired and a short haired cat and a fuzzy dog. I refuse to pay $500 for a vacuum so I was looking for something affordable. I decided to give this one a try

The Shark is a fantastic budget vacuum that holds its own against these two in usability and features, albeit with slightly lower performance marks. Still, I would highly recommend this vacuum. It offers the best value of any of the models and its multitude of accessories will delight the more thorough cleaners among you. It's tiny and they recommend washing it, which makes it lose its integrity as a hepa filter. The real filtering is farther inside and consists of a couple of sponges that immediately fill up with dirt and need to be washed (and dried) often. Cord: It has a very short cord - this problem is easily solved with an extension cord of course. It is also poorly placed, so you have to put it up over your shoulder to keep from stepping on it, which makes the cord even shorter

Like this Shark Vacuum. Happy with the price from Walmart. I do have one concern. I cant find replacement filters for this vacuum on Walmarts web site

This vacuum replaced a 12-year old Dyson, which has frustrated me for 12 years. It finally broke, and I ordered this one through Prime. The assembly is simple, as everything goes logically into place and snaps in without effort. The cord is ample length
