This worked on small things I wanted to tidy up around the house, but the suction is not great and really didn't touch any pet hair from any surface I tried. I even took before/after pictures of my car, where the white Husky hair stands out against my charcoal grey upholstery, but the pictures looked identical. The attachments further reduce the suction. I was only able to work on my passenger seat (maybe 8 minutes run time) and the battery died

I primarily used it as a handheld vac. The Humdinger does not have the same power, the crevice nozzle has an inferior design and it is difficult to empty. I have to use tweezers or a knife to remove debris. Quite disappointed

I like the sleek design, which makes it easy to use for windowsills. It picks up dust and hair very well and compared to lots of other hand held vacuums had a pretty good suction. I just haven't found a lightweight hand held vacuum that gives super strong suction, including this one. I read lots of reviews and made quite a study of it

I’ve gone through quite a variety of handheld vacs over the years for cleaning Golden Retriever hair from carpeted steps. They all sucked- until they didn’t! Annoying cords, smelly filters, and impossible to change belts made we dread this chore! They were bulky and loud too! I LOVE how the head of the tool pivots so I don’t have to do advanced yoga moves on the stairs in order to switch between the horizontal and vertical surfaces! Thank you, Dyson! While your products are expensive and the sticker shock has made me avoid your products in the past, I now understand that you really do get what you pay for! I’m a convert!!!

this is a handy vacuum, works efficiently, has good suction, and is very easy to use. The rose gold look also is impressive. Its ease of use works perfect especially since our toddler keeps making mess and we need to cleanup constantly.

It was so clogged that it shut down so it wouldn't burn out. Clean the filter monthly. Works like a champ now - my apologies to the Shark team.
