I own a secretlab titan xl, the only reason i own it.. cyberpunk edition. gamer chairs are more for looks than actual function, and secretlab’s support/extended warranty requirements are laughable

I got this chair mostly for the design and for the quality that herman miller is known for. I didn't want to buy a cheaper chair that would break in a year or two. As far as the materials are concerned, the fabric mesh cushion is nice an firm. Good back support

My brother spotted a Herman Miller sayl that was destined for the dumpster at the hospital he worked at. I wiped it down and there was nothing wrong with it, not even stains on the seat cushion. Great chairs, they hold up really well.

Finding an affordable chair with proper backrest as a 2,05m/6'9" tall person is difficult. Lumbar support usually is way too low. The Titan XL apparently is made for people up to 2,08m so I hope it's an improvement.

Update: I have been told that there is some kind of larger seat, or a seat extender (see comments below this review). I have not tried it, but my review is on the chair you get out of the box. With the seat extender, it might really make a difference. Original review: I'm 6"2, 235 pounds and this chair is not good for me

Everything is super well packed, sealed. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. The preset lumbar support is amazing and it’s surprisingly convenient to adjust the depth even when I’m seated. The seat base hugs just right and it is super comfortable

I love the Herman Miller Aeron and the Embody but it is way out of my budget for now. (both would be about 1800 USD, which is 2-3x average wage here, sadly). I am in Eastern Europe so these kind of chairs don't have a used market at all. I have been watching lots of second-hand sites and I have not seen a single one pop up in 6 months

Absolutely average chair, which should be priced at $79-100. Nothing negative to say about it, but there is nothing good either. Many chairs bought elsewhere would be much more comfortable at half price. Cannot say anything about reliability, as I just purchased it

I've had my Titan XL for about 6 months now. Assembly was simple to follow. I like how it's a good sturdy solid chair with some weight. The seat itself it firm yet not uncomfortable
