This bag is high quality in the stitching and durability, but the 45L is smaller than you would think. I am 5'6" with an athletic build and my back makes the bag fill small even with the straps fully extended in the backpack mode. This being said, I do how I can switch the straps to fit other means of carrying such as handles or the traditional duffle bag strap. There is a zipper pocket on the inside of the bag on the "lid" of the bag which none of the pictures really show

I expect to get many years of use from this, and plan to buy a couple of smaller duffels that will fit inside the panniers of the bike.
