 I think the main areas are in the hill versus version one and the overlays, which definitely, i feel add a little bit of structure we'll come to that in a second but, like i said, the outsoles unchanged mid cells, unchanged, okay right, so that's the stats and Features, it's definitely a heavier feeling shoe there's about well, not much in it i'll put the weights up in terms of the differences between the two, but there's not much in it, but there is definitely a little bit more weight in this shoe versus this one uh. This shoe is 155 pounds by the way i forgot to mention. Let me just put version one back: okay right so in terms of feeling, if you've never tried a speed, um shoe, it doesn't matter version. One version: two: the heel to toe transition is incredible

 If you can only buy one pair of shoes, people it would be the saucony endorphin speed, either version one or version two 

 You can see how i ruined it and that's the problem with white shoes, but anyway we'll talk about the differences. So the main differences really are in the upper and what you can see, hopefully, is the overlays and the structure they've added down the sides of the shoe and i'll show you, and mainly on the heel, counters and there's definitely more structure in the heel counter. On version two also across the midfoot they've made improvements in terms of fit um. It'S got like a band there

 It is very breathable, the outsole is great um and, like i proved on the old version, i've still got plenty of tread on that, so these things are built for durability. Let me know in the comments: if you've had any issues in terms of durability with the speed i don't know anybody who's had a problem with them, um and yeah.  So this is definitely a road running shoe and the pattern seems to work perfectly well for that. Those are all the basic facts about the shoe. Let'S talk about what reviewers from around the internet liked about the shoe and what they didn't like so much starting off with positives most reviewers complimented this shoe on the lockdown and they fit. They thought that the improved lacing system, the redesigned heel counter, did a great job of keeping their foot secure mile after mile

 Saucony calls their engineer mesh form fit which is supposedly inspired by the mesh. That'S on their track shoes. Now. What does that mean for you? Well, this is a very breathable mesh

 The next thing that reviewers really liked about this shoe was the overall ride, comfort and cushioning of this shoe the nylon plate. The power run, pb cushioning all lived up to the hype, especially coming off of such a successful first version of this shoe, and it should basically, the only update to this shoe was the upper lacing and heel. The midsole and the ride stayed the same and reviewers seemed to love it. The nylon plate provided those snappy transitions, and you have enough cushioning for those longer runs

 You can practically see right through it. It'S a fine layer of mesh, that's basically fused directly to mesh with larger holes, and you also do have some fused overlays that provide some additional structure to the mesh, which is really pretty pliable and can move around fairly easily. Now the toe area. You do get a plastic piece that does support the upper, so you keep that silhouette nice, no matter how long you run the shoe the tongue on the shoe is partially gusted

 Decent for speedy/tempo runs, and they replaced some Nike Zoom Fly 3’s. The ZF3s felt faster for short bursts but I prefer the lighter weight of these.

A: The best value trainer you can buy right now is the New Balance Fuelcell Prism. It can be bought at a discounted price and provides a decent amount of cushioning up to 13.1 miles. It uses a firmer medial foam to reduce pronation without plastic rails, and in the process makes it very lightweight

 The Prism is firmer but picks up rebounds once you push the pace. Fitwise, For the Rebel, if you have normal/narrow feet you might need to go half a size up due to it being a slightly short shoe and for wide feet, might need to go half a size up due to the length issue but it can be bought in 2E sizing.  But thanks to my local shopkeeper, I think we got the Sizing right after a few fit tests. I have selected and am wearing US 9 on these pair of shoes. For those seeking comparisons, here is what I wear:

US 9 on these pair were the most comfortable for me. They fit ok, secure, but not too snug. I got the standard D width, so I can't help those who have a wide foot. In comparisons with the Asics, the Asics feel tighter in the midfoot area

What'S the term mohammed in the mountain shift one over there anyway, so onto the shoe review, it's a new shoe in store, it's from brooks and it's something that the market's been crying out for for quite a while um. It'S a road to trail shoe so back in the day, you're, either running on the road or you're running on the fells, and you either had a studded shoe or you had a flat road shoe. Obviously trail shoes have come in, there's different incantane tank incantations of them um, and this is a shoe that is a road runners trail shoe, so you can run from the home um, probably a couple of miles, it's very comfy on the road and then a little Bit of trail, so traditionally a trail shoe feels a little bit heavy a little bit stiff and those studs or cleats on the pattern can come time to push in and it doesn't feel very responsive on the hard surface

 So it's not going to be running up muddy mountains. It'S not going to be a mountain sort of sky race. Shoe, fell, shoe or anything like that. But if you're running on hard compact trails like the summer um and half of that is on road, it's fine feels just as comfy on the road, and it is good on the trail as well
