As the refresh rate goes from 60 to 80 to 100 it changes the brightness of some of the colors and causes a flickering. I fixed this game by turning off all frame caps (menu's included). Menu's are the worst because they are usually capped at 30-60FPS and you get alot of flickering. I can't say GSYNC is the reason this didn't work because others here had such good reviews using similar hardware

It is a heavy monitor. 35lb if you're putting it on a monitor arm, there are only a few options that can support it. Do your research. This thing takes a LOT of room, so make sure you have a large enough desk to support it

I returned and went with an AOC monitor and it's like night and day comparison. The AOC was $170 cheaper and is a very nice and heavy Monitor out of box. Colors are awesome, also comes with a remote, and plays my PS4 pro at 4k resolution. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of nixeus

so this does something a more flat ultrawide couldn't and reduces the argument for staying w/ dual 27" setups where one monitor can be angled, important for some workflows, even as going to 49" over dual setup is like adding an extra screen given that most web pages are designed for about 60% the width of standard screen. I'm using Windows PowerToys w/ fancy zones (all free) .. at the moment have it set 3 screen across, though 4 screens across is comfortable too I but transitions webpages into their "narrow" format

Pixel response times aren’t great, and things tend to smear when doing something quickly. Additionally, my monitor had a bright spot on the bottom center of the monitor. It’s a green stuck pixel. Nixeus has a horrible policy with stuck/dead pixels (you need 7 to qualify for any warranty service)

This thing is gorgeous. I have an rtx 2080 super and have no issues with the Freesync capabilities like what some others are saying and I don’t notice a difference on color or black quality from my previous ips ultrawide. If you’re looking for a sleek gaming monitor for half the price of other comparable monitors, this is the monitor for you.
