I also wanted to buy the clean station to go with it and that’s why I’m here to hopefully warn people. Samsung is discontinuing the clean station. Because of this they no longer make the bags that go in the clean station bin

powerful device, cannot believe how much crud it captures. they have really focused on the filtering as well, no dust and dirt filling up the room as you vacuum.

I like my Samsung stick vac it is very light and easy to use and maneuver. It works amazing on my tile and hardwood floors. It cleans quickly end easily and is so much better than sweeping. It's also great and lightweight for stairs

I took the vacuum back for a refund - at that price point it should be easier to use and have have a larger capacity for collecting what it was purchased to do.

I like the vacuum it’s light weight and has good suction for pet hair! I don’t like the way it drags pet hair under the bottom and gets back on the floor once you have a good pile of hair and the battery life could be better for the price!

I like the sleek design, and the suction power is good, but there's a lot that I don't like. Maybe I'm spoiled by my last vacuum. I have carpet and three dogs. It doesn't pull itself, so vacuuming carpets requires a little bit of elbow grease

I like the aesthetics of this vacuum it’s Easy to empty when fill , the suction is great however I find the battery does not last long enough for me to clean 1 living room dining room area kitchen before it needs recharging

You have to take the whole dust cup off the vacuum and can be a bear to put back on. The fact it has a hepa filter is great, many vacuums do not offer a hepa. I also felt the handle was not the best design and felt small and at an awkward angle. The powered hand tool also accumulated hair more than I felt was appropriate and flipped upward on the backstroke when cleaning my couch

if you can get the vacuum and the filter cleaner all for less than $450 it's a deal. i am still fighitng them for the purchase price i screen captured and am sending mine back for a refind and buying a competitor model. disappointing because i have samsung washer/dryer/fridge but they can't seem to get their billing right and it's not worth nearly $700 when i can have 2 competitor vacuums for that price.
