 - For a tablet, the camera was really impressive.  Cons  - Weight. Using it in landscape orientation isn't too bad. However, if you play some games that only work in Portrait orientation, holding the tablet does start to give you hand fatigue, in my case in as little as a few minutes

 So if you are a reader and want to hold it like a book vertically, you stand a chance of discomfort trying to hold it in portrait mode. - While the snapdragon chip that is included in this tablet should be more than enough to do most tasks, the few programs I used that streamed games and or shows seem to always have a micro stutter, and I spent most of the time having this trying to fix the problem and find out which of Samsungs programs are bogging the tablet down. I never found it out. Hence why I returned it

.. don't get the S8 plus or S8 ultimate, stick with the regular S8. The S8 plus was heavy and not as portable as other smaller tablets

  First of all the pros:  - During the few days I had this, I used it a lot like a laptop. I had a Bluetooth keyboard and a Fintiecase with it that stood it up. I also had a Bluetooth mouse that worked right away when connected. There is an option called "Dex" that loads a desktop environment which makes the tablet seem very much like a PC, and it did it well

 I would go with the S8 because of the size, but I DESPERATELY want that OLED screen on the S8+!

I need a device that has a good battery and charge fast since i use it often. I thought that the Samsung one was a good option since the other two don't have water protection.

 So this is kind of like I think it's the perfect tablet because you still get that traditional tablet experience. You can still use it and get just as effective laptop replacement experience. Do all the productivity stuff, all the cool drawing things this right here I think is where it's at. but also you save a bunch of money 699 dollars and if you do the trading stuff through Samsung I got a great deal on this one

 This right here gives you the capability to use an 11-inch screen so it's more compact. You still get plenty of power 8 000 milliamp battery and then on the back you get the 13 megapixel and the 6 megapixel camera also capable of 4k video at 60 frames per second. This thing is just a joy and there are some people that put it down and I've got to put myself. I got to place some perspective in context on this

 You get better contrast, better darks, better color saturation. I really like the amoled screens. Whenever you look at something like the brand new S22 Ultra, you've got an amoled screen. I like them

9 inch Ipad Pro. They're about on par price wise and it brings such a good experience. And I love one Ui with Android 12 on here and I think this is the total package and you get the total package in the smaller one. and there's no real compromises and there are some I guess if you look at amoled versus Lcd, but there's not a whole lot that you're really going to notice and a lot of people are not screen snobs

The Galaxy Tab S8 Is the PERFECT Tablet.

 I guess that's the way I'll put it in the unboxing video. We had a few stutters and slow downs with the Ui itself and folks in the comments. that video told me that it was just the tablet setting itself up and that we shouldn't be seeing this anymore. but in the last week I've frequently seen slow downs and stutters, especially when doing something with the Drop Down Quick menu

 expensive with everybody. so it's really nice to be able to spend like 130 bucks if you want to more than quadruple your internal capacity. Yes, Ssds will read and write faster than any micro Sd card, but seriously, does it matter? Like are you doing big Vfx or big video things on the Tab S8? Not. I know Samsung is making a push toward content creation here and we'll have to see with Lumafusion on the way, but even then, I don't think that speed difference is that big of a deal

 Second note: Yes, I'm a fan of Apple products, but that's not my whole personality. I use Apple right now because they are what works the best for me, but I'm always open to having a better experience and and pretty uninterested in flashy specs or features. For the sake of those flashy specs or features, I just need what works. Which leads us directly into the Tab S8 because I really, truly think that this will be replacing my ipad from here on out as this is our first dedicated video about the tab S8

 This display is gorgeous. Now that shouldn't come as any big surprise because Samsung has like a whole division. They have an entire business in the screen making industry, so they should be able to provide a quality product at a reasonable price. If they couldn't, I think that would be the bigger story

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 One Week Later!  A Perfect Tablet?!

I was looking for a replacement for my 7yo Tab S2 8", that was more powerful. Yes, it is slightly larger, but it has to weigh 3-4x more than the 8"! Very heavy! The resolution is good, but again, not nearly the pixel density of the 8". Haptic feedback feels like a small baby rattle, weird. Also, typing, it will double tap, or pick up on letters you are close to, even if you aren't touching the screen

Pros: - Gorgeous screen: It may not be oled like its older brothers, but its still crisp and gets bright enough when outside. The 120Hz also is awesome. Its my first device with a 120Hz screen, and it so soooo smooth. - Build quality: slim and light enough to the touch, but it doesn't feel cheap at all

Great entry level tablet

It's a great tablet. Good size, performs well enough for gaming, picture quality is really nice. Color in games is very vibrant and pretty. The S pen is cool to use even if you're not into drawing

 Heavy gaming continuously with eat up the battery in a few hours. Fingerprint scanner is nice to have too. Only comes with a usb-c to usb-c cord so only my laptop can charge it at the moment and that takes about 5 hours. One negative though is one day I was outside on a summer day humid high 80s weather and in about 10 minutes of gaming it dropped frames per second noticeably and was unplayable due to overheating

If you watch even a few videos on the tablet, you can easily watch the percentage slowly bottom out.  The camera is what you would normally find on a cheap tablet, and I wasn't expecting much nor did I get much in return

Depending On Your Use, This Might Not Be For You

Let&rsquo;s not beat about the bush: The Amazon Fire 7 (2019) has one of the worst screens we've seen on a tablet. But that&rsquo;s to be expected.
