Samsung C34F791 vs LG 29UM68-P

While I had a 100hz Samsung C34F791 beforehand and I wasnt really able to tell as much of a difference between that and my old Samsung Q9FN which was 4K60Hz, with the C1 it's actually a night and day difference and has made me much more aware of the difference (with other displays as well). The increase in smoothness and responsiveness is simply massive, and when I had to run the TV at 4K60HZ mode when my HDMI 2.1 cable broke, I absolutely loathed the 60HZ refresh rate. There's also no situation in which I'd consider getting a display without VRR anymore

Within days I had fallen in love with it. I'm using the DP connection to get 75Hz and an amd gpu to utilize freesync and once I started gaming it all made sense fairly quickly. This thing is dirt cheap and lightning fast, I'm not Chuck Norris on CS:Go I don't need an absurd refresh rate or response time on the bleeding edge of technology, I mostly do research for work, watch youtube and play Warframe. The settings for font clarity and refresh rates really only took 5 minutes to figure out and I was rolling

If you’re sitting 3ft from the screen and lean over a bit, the entire image washes out. If you use more than one monitor or have a corner desk or just have a need to move around in your work space, be aware than the viewing angles on this monitor are very limited. Why? Because this isn't a widely accepted or produced format. Not every program is designed for this aspect,nor is every show or movie you will watch. However.
