You said you had the razer huntsman, from what I saw that was a fast keyboard on a website called [rtings.com](https://rtings.com) or something like that.

I picked my Royal Kludge RK100 up for $80, it's usually $90 but there was a coupon that popped up on amazon. For $80, I couldn't be *too* upset about the lack of dissasembly options and the raised LEDs, but had I known that was the situation, I likely would have just gotten a Keychron K4 instead for a little bit more.

Razer always has non standard CTRL row keycap sizes. You can try to get their own brand keycaps. They are $30 and are compatible. I have the Razer Huntsman Elite and that thing was compatible with the Razer keycaps

Other than the outrageously horrible examples I provided above the rest of the layout is all but standard and is simple to use.

e. @#$% are not backlit and this is a severe oversight in the design. Unless I have a light shining directly on the keyboard (which defeats the purpose of a keyboard that lights up), I can't see the special characters at all. I wouldn't buy this keyboard again for this very reason

it's a shit quality plastic build, and the feet on my keyboard have been superglued back together more times than i can count. 2. i hate the clicky sound, it's just obnoxiously loud. i prefer my keys to be silent, but if that's not possible, at least half as loud or less than the purple switches

Hey guys, I'm new to mechanical keyboards. I purchased around a year ago the Royal Kludge RK61 for a cheap price and I'm looking to replace it for a keyboard with better quality, the RK61 has quite the horrible layout for developers in my opinion and wobbly keycaps which are my main issues. I am a software developer so I'm mainly looking for a keyboard that is good for typing, don't really care about gaming, or RGB colors and stuff like that.

Personally, looking back I would recommend that people thinking about buying this spend a few more bucks and get one of the bigger names out there. I’m currently using a HyperX Alloy Origins wired keyboard and I love it. This keyboard is fine as a starter or something like that, but if you spend an extra 15-25 dollars you can get a (much) better quality keyboard that will likely last you for many years to come.

If you can live without the use of lots of macros besides the additional buttons (rewind, play, skip, and volume) then its not much of an issue -Wrist rest/stand is somewhat loose in connection to the keyboard (I have it off most of the time anyway, but it could be more firm). This keyboard is a great upgrade, but a bit pricey. Its wrist rest, feel, and buttons make it worth the while, yet I feel this keyboard is more of a $170 keyboard. If you have a bit of money to splurge on something as pricey as this, I recommend this product

I just bought my first mechanical keyboard Royal Kludge RK61 RGB and it's great especially for it price. However in wireless mode via Bluetooth backlight turns off after 60 seconds. I already searched internet a lot for a solution and it seems like there is no solution for this stupid issue. I just can't understand why they made such a good product with full RGB customization and decided to turn lightnings off after minute and don't give customers chance to disable or change that setting

Under the Lighting column is where things get interesting. On a basic level, you can change the brightness of the backlighting or opt to switch it off completely when the display is turned off or your PC is idle. But locate the Advanced Effects tab, and you can delve into Chroma Studio, where you can customize the keyboard's staggering 168 discrete lighting zones—that's each key in the standard 104-key layout, plus two zones for the media keys, 38 underglow zones on the keyboard alone, and the 24 zones on the underside of the wrist rest.
