 So here's the Rollin FP 30 Thank you so much for watching again! Here's a an instrument that is quite ideal for people who are either just starting out wanting to keep the price point low I'd say it also works really well for professional musicians that this compared to another one of the other two you know, Yamaha P 125 or ES 110 for whatever reason and you don't need a reason other than it's your own preference, You like just a slightly crisper, slightly sharper tone. Overall, it isn't too warm in it and it cuts through really nicely. I Think that's where the FP 30 really shines. A nice clear, crisp tone, very forgiving action, and generally an all-round versatile instrument for a very attractive price point

And of course we're going to be going over sort of the critical features that differentiate this from some of the other ones in the marketplace. and we are going to get started for sure with the number one topic that I always choose to focus on. which is the action as piano players, how it connects to us

 I'm never going to play chamber music, it's more to learn + practice in my room during quarantine. If I ever were to play for anybody it would be a recording. There is barely any price difference between the two options locally (FP-10 = 760, P125 = 850) so that isn't a worry.  Ive had a Motif 8, Triton Pro X 88, and most recently the Yamaha KX-8 (got it used for like 300 like 10 years ago). I was going to splurge and get an expensive keyboard, for the "feel". I was eying the RD-2000, Korg Grandstage, Roland FP-90X, Nord Piano 4 etc. I thought I was going to have to pay at minimum around 2000 to get into the nice keybed space (PHA-50, RH3 etc)

This is my dream come true (a top-line keybed for lowest price possible). The oboard sounds are pretty ass, but I dont use on-board sounds, dont sequence on the keyboard, dont need a built in audio/midi-usb device, dont need "bluetooth" connections, dont need onboard speakers, etc. Just give me the nice 88-key keybed with a midi out, and I am golden. I cant believe this is real

The only music I listen to the harpsichord is some Vampire Weekend tracks but synth I think is actually the worst sound on this instrument I think it just sounds outdated and terrible unless you want to play that like one song. this the strings. The only caveat is like playing from notes playing like consecutive notes

 like the low octave sounds really tight and the high just sounds like really delicate and nice which is what I like the most about it. 1.  Casio one has lesser keys, but am a beginner. I do want to play classical music at some point, but am here in SA for 1.5 more year, so maybe in that time I can use a cheap option?

2. Another thing is pedal, the Keynote option I had did come with a really simple pedal, but I was unable to see any difference - does keeping Sustain feature On affects it?

 There is really no excuse to not include the staples Rhodes, Williser, and Dx7 sounds in the Recital Pro. The second thing I didn't like about this piano when I opened up the box is that there is no sustain pedal included in the box. not even a cheap little square plastic pedal. A damper pedal is essential for piano playing, and not including one in the box is just an unnecessary oversight

 [Music] Another feather in the cab for the Laces Recital Pro is that it can be powered via either an electrical outlet or with batteries. The sensible design, reasonable weight, convenient buttons, quarter inch line outputs coupled with battery operation means this piano is great for basking small gigs. and if you need to move the piano to different rooms in your home where necessary now, nothing is perfect and the Laces Recital Pro isn't Here are four things I don't really like about it, and let's hope someone in Oasis watches this video and improves on it. [Music] For a digital piano, especially one that's portable and has great potential to gig with, I expected more than a single electric piano sound

What Makes Alesis Recital Pro So Popular? What's Special About It?

I bought this as a beginner/learner and didn't want to spend a fortune plus wanted fully weighted keys in order to simulate a pedal piano about 2 months ago. I looked at the keyboard within the price range I wanted. My final choice was between this keyboard and another with a wider variety of voices. I opted for this model based on what I needed to learn with and I don't need a large variety of voices this has plenty of choices for me

 Realize for a beginner this is really good however once you get to a professional level you will probably look to upgrade as it is mostly hard plastic but not flimsy. I do think for the price and quality it is excellent. I love mine. I did also purchase a sustain peddle, stand, headphones and cloth cover

. Good tonal quality however don't expect to blow out the walls with the speaker volume but it is loud enough for practicing. I don't expect to use it in a professional situation but can if I want by running the output through an amp. Be sure to read the literature on it's features they all work as advertised

 The weighted keys do have some adjustments so you can lighten them or increase the key action. I am very happy with mine the only thing I don't like so far is the max speaker volume but it is good enough. Realize for a beginner this is really good however once you get to a professional level you will probably look to upgrade as it is mostly hard plastic but not flimsy. I do think for the price and quality it is excellent
