I really like the sound of the UE speakers. The Megaboom would likely be a good choice or Boom3. Their sound exceeds their size. So, don't base your purchase solely on dimensions

3: Streamed bluetooth from phone to sound bar using spotify app and same song **NO CRACKLE**?!?!?!. 4: Moved subwoofer/disconnect still crackles. Checked with equalizer settings on spotify app, still Crackles. So it only crackles while I stream music off of the Spotify App that is on the Roku TV that came installed on my TCL Series 5, 55 inch TV?!?!?!?

Was washing car and with speaker on one
side and phone on the other about 20’ away the Bluetooth kept cutting in and out. Not impressed.

i have two sets of the roku wireless speakers. bought one set and they were so good four months later (these were in 2020) purchased the second set.

And then l replaced that one (customer service was good) but then both the old one and new one kept cutting out..like the Bluetooth was spotty.

Plug the speakers in, then press and hold the Home button on your TV's remote for five seconds to bring up the Pairing menu. Select Speakers, and the TV will walk you through pairing the speakers, then pairing the new remotes with the TV. The process includes identifying the left and right channels and ensuring that the remotes can control your TV and the speakers' volume levels correctly.

time will tell. Bluetooth connectivity isn't great, but I do not have a new one to compare it to, so this could just be a flaw with the megaboom and not so much with the refurbished models. It is waterproof and does float, threw it in my pond to test that out! All in all, not too bad as long as you're willing to take a chance and buy something that does look like it was picked up at a garage sale, but it certainly doesnt look like it's in very good condition.

Dialogue is clear, highs are crisp, and the bass is actually surprisingly good for something without a subwoofer. I was afraid that these would be a downgrade on the low end compared to the 10-year-old Sony sound bar with sub they replaced, but that's really not been the case. Really, these speakers are almost perfect, except for one fairly significant annoyance. Whenever you unpause something on your Roku, these speakers take about a second or so to start playing sound again

The Flip series is good. Best sound from high to low. Sony sound improved so XB33/43 a decent choice: more bass heavy than others: good app to adjust sound.

The wireless rear speakers were also very week, barely audible, while the center bar was outputting 99% of the audible volume. I made sure Volume Leveling was turned off on my Roku settings. Same result. Roku can get this right by upgrading the CPU on the bar to whatever is in the Roku Ultra 2022

It's crazy how loud and clear this actually gets. I've compared the boom 3 to the new jbl charge and the Sonos portable which is much more pricey. Boom 3 beats them all. Sonos is loud and clear but the boom 3 beats it in battery life
