If you're looking for a high-end robot vacuum that can also handle dried-on stains, the Roborock S7 is worth a look.  Roborock recommends cleaning this every two weeks, so that's something I'll look to do more often. The sensors need to be wiped clean after approximately 30 hours use or monthly, and the app will prompt you to do that. So far, I've had to do that twice. The dustbin filter needs to be cleaned every two weeks as well

 The mopping function is pretty good for what it does. It'll take away fresh stains off my tiles and even some dried on stains. It doesn't replace a traditional manual mop, but I don't think it's designed to do so either. The app is really intuitive to use and has plenty of functionality for power users, and the robot itself has been very low maintenance for me

 So with all that said, what do I think about the Robo Rock S7? Well, it's fantastic As an everyday vacuum, the ability to set a schedule and have the robot automatically clean your floors is incredible. Our floors here have never looked so consistently clean. It won't completely replace a conventional vacuum as it can't get to tight areas of your home and it can't get over higher bumps. but I think those downsides are inherent to any robot vacuum you might use

We’ve had the Roborock S7 for 7 weeks on our main floor which is all hardwood and a few area rugs. I’m currently trial running several auto-empty vacs for our upstairs which has our 4 bedrooms and all carpet. Currently a few weeks into the Roomba S9+ with empty bin and let me just say… while it does a good job picking up on our low rise carpet, the app and technology feels about 5 years behind the Roborock tech and app. If anyone cares about specifics feel free to ask but I’m constantly surprised how poor the app and tech work

 But no, it did get some hair clogged when I tried to empty it in that test, but it did just fine after that big test and was able to consistently clean normal amounts of hair. Basically, if you have pets that shed, you will probably need to run it at least once or twice a week in order to make sure it empties the bin without clogs. maybe even more if you have a lot of big pets. But as I said, I've yet to find an auto empty robot vacuum that doesn't have this specific limitation

 and because I have two cats, a lot of cat hair can build up in two weeks. I was hoping that the S7 could auto empty even that much hair after that much time. But no, it did get some hair clogged when I tried to empty it in that test, but it did just fine after that big test and was able to consistently clean normal amounts of hair. I have had several Roomba vacuums. Most recently the i7, which worked well for a long time, then lost its mind. I have tried everything. iRobot customer service is a joke. 

So I finally give up and am going to try another robotic vacuum.  Peace out, iRobot; I will never buy another one of your products.

I’m outta here - buying a Shark IQ Robot Vacuum with Self-Empty Base and Smart Mapping

I tried the roborock s7 and between it not being able to back of its own dock, being obsessed with ramming into its own dock, getting stuck anytime it hit anything, not picking my anything off the carpet, it had air vents on the side (which I wasn’t used to coming from roomba) that sounds like a jet engine no matter what the speed setting was. I was already annoyed and the sound of a mini jet engine going through the house sent me over the edge in frustration! Am I to expect the same thing from the Deebot t8?

 Waiting for this thing to break down which probably won’t be a long time from now so I can purchase a upgraded eufy. Roborock suction isint that great either. I recently ordered a replacement battery for my eufy because the Roborock wasn’t doing a good job and put them to work at the same time for the same amount of time and looked at which one collected more dirt and take a wild guess which one did it better.  But When the mop-cloth is MANUALLY soaked, it will perform as long as it remains saturated with water...  Carpet Auto-Detect: Auto rise works, but not relevant for medium lengths pile or loose rugs/carpets

 This is not true. If you want your Roborock S7 to perform multiple passes in some or all rooms, YOU will have to do so manually in the app. This is not something that can be done via the Schedule-Menu as of 2022-03-22.  Bin design is SMALL: if you have the auto-empty base it will not matter, but if you buy this as a stand-alone unit you will notice the need to empty it

 I have various models from other brands including iRobot and this robot is the most effective on time and coverage.  The rubber Roll: The implementation of a new rubber roller with a modular cage. Roborock was doing a great job minimizing hair or fur tangles, but now it really feels like one of the best. The new modular design maximizes a seal on hardwood floor, which gets more dirt with less power and passes

 Also, the design is not ideal - it could have been easier, not a huge issue but still an issue when the vacuum runs multiple times a day.  Still, with all these cons, this is still one of the best in the premium robovac category.  I sincerely hope Roborock works on the scheduling updates and that in the future Roborock models they work on the water tanks and even water distribution. Until then I'll have to wet the mop-cloth right before each mopping job

 The Roborock S7 has exceeded my expectations plus some! I went from sweeping everyday to about once a week. The mopping function leaves a bit to be desired but thats expected.  I Want to show how the brush roller comes off as you can see you pull the bearing cap off and the side cap. Now this machine being brand new from the factory, was a little stiff, but they loosen up over time, but you can see the brush roller just slides out the side of the machine without any tools which makes this handy for maintenance and changing parts. In typical in-house fashion, everything is well-made there are balancing marks on the brush roller and everything just assembles just how it came out and can see it will just slide right in there. No need to mess with belts or anything like that like some other commercial machines so that this makes your maintenance really fast and you can clean the brush roller

5 amps of electricity As we know, Lin House makes their own motors in-house and they're able to get 102 CFM from that motor, which explains why this machine did so well in the pickup test. I Would like to apologize for some reason I Have lost my working vacuum test footage of this machine, but I assure you it makes pretty darn good numbers. Well, who is this machine for? It's for anybody who needs a heavy-duty carpet cleaning machine. Anybody who's doing a lot of carpets and wants on board tools, this machine would be well suited to that

 You can see where the HEPA filter would go in. There's this little red lever and that keeps you from closing the door without the filter. Quite clever and here you can see the micro filter similar to some other manufacturers and that just slides in and clicks in place quite nicely. Now let's talk about the bag door in the bag relation because that's quite clever on this machine

 Turn the Machine off, pull the rag out, or whatever is obstructing your brush roller, cycle the power and the machine comes right back to life. No harm done and this machine as you can see is running just fine after that. Now that we freed up the brush roller, time to conquer a little bit of pet hair. As you can see, this machine does that with the ease and it will do a large volume as well

Lindhaus Activa 30  Commercial Vacuum Cleaner  Review

Nothing's more quick, clean, and infrequent to empty than a modern bagged vacuum. Stuff like SEBO, Numatic, Lindhaus, Zero-G, and Miele's bagged canisters are all gonna be very easy to take care of.

I really like using my vacuum, which is a Miele cordless stick vacuum. It's easy to use, light &amp; angles well, but the one issue I have is that it gets messy every time I empty out the canister. Maybe I'm doing it wrong somehow, but either way, are there any kind of vacuums that are really clean &amp; easy to empty out?
