I really liked the bag for a day hike, but for airplane travel it did not have enough Pockets and because the middle pocket does not zip down to the bottom of the bag it was hard to open and find items easily. When you are hiking and don’t need easy access to much, it was fine. It did fit perfectly under the airplane seat in front of me versus having to squish down my usual backpack. Overall, it was very comfortable and I would use it again

I use this pack for commuting by bike. I had last year's and had to exchange it because the Velcro that held the back pad in just fell apart and every time I reached in my hand went back to no hands land. They fixed that with this one, and added an even easier (!) drawstring top, outside pocket, and two inner slip pockets. It's such a great size and is so lightweight

There is a clip on the back for a bike light, but, as a bike commuter, I do not plan to use this backpack while riding on the roads. It is too dark in color, and there are no reflective elements whatsoever.

We like it as it is light, for the dimensions, for the comfort as it is renforced in the back and for his inside pocket with a zip . The zip pocket is well placed because when you carry your backpack on your back, you can carry your day pack in the front and have easy acces to your keys or money in the zip pocket.

Unlike other reviewers, I find this pack to be in the small side. It's great for quick hikes to hold a small jacket and sandwich, but doesn't hold much more than that. I've been trying to make a crag-bag out of this, but I can't even fit my harness and shoes in here, let alone jacket, food, other gear, etc.

I'm a huge fan of Osprey products, 2 Porters, a Nebula and an Ultralight Stuff Tote. The Aphelia backpack is well made but I have a hard time fitting it into my Osprey line up. It's on the small size for long haul traveling, I'm a bit of a scavenger. I used the Apehlia on multiple bike outtings

Most backpacks don't have cleaning instructions. However I have to return the backpack because one part of its design does not suit me. The shoulder straps seem to be made so as to fit a person with broader shoulders. Of course when a backpack is filled with items it can fit differently than if it is empty

Love everything about the bag, except for the arm straps. I plan to wear the backpack with tank tops and need one with soft arm straps. These are scratchy and irritate my skin.

I bought this to take on my trip to NYC - just needed something lightweight that I could fit a bunch of stuff in (souvenirs, hoodie, etc). It was perfect. And the top closure is nice because nobody could pick-pocket me.

Osprey's 'what bag is best for you' website gives it an F for carrying heavy loads--i'm just a commuter, but I carry pretty heavy stuff. also the bag has a california cancer warning--maybe all osprey bags have this? but i don't see it on the amazon site so just fyi. I'm unfortunately returning.

I originally bought this to keep in my personal carryon for flight to Turkey but may just use this for my carryon! The zippers are sturdy and the fabric durable. It comes in lots of colors but I like what I ordered/received. I highly recommend.

Not with this guy! Two small complaints: 1. The zipper often requires two hands due to the overhang of material along the zipper. I am sure this is helpful to protect the bag when raining, but sometimes the zipper gets stuck in it. 2
