Most times when I'm heading out for longer runs, I'll wear a hydration pack, a liter and a half or more of fluids. and sometimes when you're going out for just an hour so you need something like this, a small hand bottle. It's taken me a little while to get around to reviewing it because it was a lot different from other handballs I've tried

 so when you're running, you don't even have to really hold on to this. It stays on by itself. Also, it stays cool on the back because it has breathable mesh here and features this strap which allows you to tighten or loosen the bottle as you need to. The bottle also features what they call the race cap which makes it really easy to drink from

 and sometimes when you're going out for just an hour so you need something like this, a small hand bottle. It's taken me a little while to get around to reviewing it because it was a lot different from other handballs I've tried. I really wanted to give it a good try before I reviewed it. Right off the bat, you'll notice this is not a conventional bottle shape
