Grip

Razer Pro Click Mini Review

Instead of the Pro Click's right-handed ergonomic design, the white-and-gray Mini has an ambidextrous shape (though to my eyes it's curved just a bit to favor righties). It doesn't break any new ground but it's easy to hold, with gently indented, rubberized sides and barely perceptible ridges on its left and right edges. The Razer name is lettered on top but the bag-of-snakes logo and RGB lighting of the firm's gaming mice are absent.

Awesome Mouse with 1 Problem

I feel that for mice you NEED to have an ergonomic grip, whether you are right or left handed. So if you are right handed just go with an ergonomic mouse but if you really don't care about that then this thing is great!

Comfort

G502 vs MX Master 3 vs G903

The thing is one of the most comfortable mice I've ever had the pleasure of using. Same level of comfort as the MX Master 3. It doesn't have as many buttons as the MX Master 3, but it sure does feel just as good.

Lighter isn't Always Better

So, there's another $15 to spend to make the mouse like what it should have been. CONCLUSION I've now used this mouse for 3 years and am looking for a decent replacement for better ergonomics (found one already). Time to retire this one. Won't be purchasing the same mouse, or even a Logitech

It's much too light-weight for my tastes and is pretty small, it's actually smaller than the "small" wireless Logitech mouse I bought for my laptop, it doesn't fit my hand as a result but I'm six-two so that's just ergonomics. I would also add that Bluetooth mice are still a little unreliable for gaming but I WOULD highly recommend this as a portable laptop mouse or whatever. The quality is great, it just wasn't a daily driver for me.

A good product that needs changes

First off, a feature set of this mouse shows a major problem in the Pro Click (full size). This can share one single dongle with the Pro Type Ultra. Why in the world would you make Razer’s largest work keyboard only be able to be paired with the compact travel mouse? And why is that feature not backwards compatible with its predecessor (Razer tech themselves were unable to answer this)? I’d far prefer the predecessor for a number of reasons that will become apparent as this review goes on, but the updated features on this make the Mini the pick for me, despite the drawbacks. Secondly, and the cause of this 4 (previously 3) star review since Amazon asks about ergonomics straight away

Dpi Settings

Compact, quiet, versatile, any configuration requires software

My primary mouse is the Razer DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed, which has dedicated buttons right on the mouse for adjusting the DPI. I of course always prefer having the adjustments on the mouse but in this case it’s “good enough”. This mouse is actually acceptable to me with its default DPI setting. I found that the side buttons worked as forward and back buttons on the Windows computer using the Edge browser, but didn’t seem to do anything at all on the Mac computer using Safari

Along with that, the software you need to control the lighting on it as well as customizing your dpi settings is SO EASY! Razer may have nice peripherals as well, but we can all say that their synapse and cortex softwares are hot garbage. Logitech hit the nail on the head with this software. It took nearly no time for me to set my dpi to 400, get the lighting pattern just right, and jump into my games. Also quite smooth, I like the way it glides on my mouse pad, and it feels nicer on the cloth mouse pad than my new Razer Mamba Elite and Corsair M65 PRO

- the weight of the batteries basically eliminates this as a gaming mouse. This is going to boil down to how you use the mouse. If you only use it with a Windows / Linux machine, the Mamba is a better option. You don't have to worry about your battery dying

Battery Life

One of the better portable mice

Battery life has been good thus far. If I had to pick between the Anywhere and the Pro Click Mini, I think I'd pick the Pro Click Mini, because I can swap out the batteries with my own rechargeables whenever I run low, rather than having to wait for the internal battery in the Logitech to finish charging. But really, they're both great mice and I'll be keeping an eye out on Razer's next iteration to see what improvements they make.
