The fact that these are wireless is such a convenience! I've been playing the aforementioned games and had to use the bathroom only to hurry back because I heard footsteps approaching or some other alarming sound haha It's really been a lifesaver. Besides games, being able to go get a drink and still hear my show has been nice too. I'm sure there are better headsets out there, but these seemed good for the price and after a year and a half of near constant use I'm still very happy with them. I would buy them again in a heartbeat if something happened to my pair

If you prioritize a longer continuous battery life or are looking for a more neutral sound profile out of the box, go for the SteelSeries, but try the Razer if you want headphones that you can pair with your phone and Xbox simultaneously.

I have a separate mic so I dont need a mic on the headphones. Previous headphones have always made me sweaty, fatigued and just plain uncomfortable.

The second pair seemed ok at first, and was already updated when I got it. Mic was alright in party's but supposedly a little quiet according to my friends. But then I tried to play a game (Battlefield 4, 5 and 1, COD, and Cyberpunk to name a few main games I play) And of course I encountered a similar problem. Audio cut outs mainly, during certain sounds, important sounds, like explosions, bass and most every other loud sound

The sound is really great (sorry, don't really know how to describe these things yet) and totally different to my previous headsets. I owned the HyperX Cloud II and some no-name amazon headset and I'm glad that I switched. I was really suprised what open-back really mean. Currently I only have the headphones, so no dac/amp or anything (yeah, shame on me, sorry for that) but I'm looking forward on buying a proper interface, since I'm also going to buy a microphone

Overall good: Comfortable to wear, good sound, good mic and no need to plug it in everyday. The cons of this headset. This is my opinion, and I understand that some will roll their eyes are some of this, or disagree, but this is what I don't like about them: Wear: No cons, they are some of the most comfortable headphones I have owned. Doesn't hold a significant battery charge. Could do with a battery upgrade. Does not connect reliably to the Xbox series X each time I use it. When it does connect it works very well

They swivel in all the necessary directions for a good fit, and a comfortable drop around the neck, but they don't fold or anything, so they're best when they stay at the desk, rather than in transit in a bag. The battery life is fantastic. It's rated at 30 hours, which means that I can go a week or even longer without charging these headphones, even when each day I'm using them for 6 or so hours. This may be due to the battery saving auto-shutoff that they have, or it could be that HyperX underestimated their own batteries

I’ve been using this headset for about 6 months - it certainly gets the job done and the sound quality in general is pretty good, but I’ve had three consistent issues with it that make me hesitant to recommend it for the price. First: the headset needs firmware updates out of the box, but you can only run the update on Windows. Not an issue for most, but for me this was a problem. At 300+ hours of use, there's almost no other gaming headset in the ballpark of comparison. As a result, this has become my de facto workhorse for communications at the office.
