I'm 5ft7-8 and the lumbar fits me perfectly and my feet are just barely touching the floor in it at its lowest height setting. Any shorter your feet will be swinging, and any taller than 5ft10 the lumbar wont line up right unless you're all legs with a short torso

 Assembly was quick and easy took maybe 15-20minutes tops. My major gripe is the 4D arm rests are a bit wobbly as that seems to be the case for every one of these chairs from the reviews and videos i've seen. Comfortability is Average but the Lumbar support is Amazing!

I bought the XL. pros: lumbar support/aesthetic Cons: cost/seat width(narrow)  All in all the chair is quite comfortable a tad on the firm side but it is comfortable to sit in for extended periods. I got this one sale for 500, all though this is a personal opinion but I don’t think it’s worth 500, at best 300-350. Seems to be the average for chairs in this league, which just seems ridiculous

I have been looking for an office chair with specific ergonomic features that fits me perfectly for over 2 years. I'm 5'4 and 170 lbs. I have neck and lower back soft tissue damage and after years of working on a computer I have mouse shoulder (repetitive strain injury) from moving between the keyboard and mouse. Things I've tried so far: keyboard with roller bar mouse (hated it) roller ball mouse, Mobodesk from ErgoGuys (it's like a highchair tray that sits on your armrests and has a mouse pad

 I needed a chair that would bring my elbows closer to my body. I never knew it would be this hard to find one, at a price I was willing to pay. After a year of searching I realized I was going to have to pay more than I wanted to do I did a bunch of research on ergonomics to find the size & feature requirements that fit me.  This thing is built like a tank. Everyone deserves a comfortable and well built chair. If you're willing to spend hundreds, if not thousands, on a mattress for a good night's rest, then you should look at your computer chair the same way.

 Let me tell you what, every time I sit down on this chair to do something on her PC, I find every excuse not to get up, it feels that nice. The lumbar support is amazing, I wished it came standard in every automobile sold. This chair was well packaged, like the manufacturer was delivering a fragile piece of equipment. The assembly instruction, which consisted of a huge poster, made putting this together a breeze

 It could use more lumbar support - in fact it could use any lumbar support because it's simply non-existent.  The arm rests move vertically, are easy to reposition, and lock firmly in the vertical but they also move horizontally - the armrest pads can be twisted into 3 positions which could be a surprise feature that I didn't know I needed, but it seems to be a solution to problem that doesn't exist - at least for me. The arm rests are a bit too easy to knock out of preferred position. This is over-critical a bit because I quickly became used to it and it doesn't make me regret buying the chair

  The backrest adjustment for preferred positioning is adequate but the handle doesn't engage smoothly. But it's that's a "set it and forget it" thing for me.  Overall this is a big upgrade over what I was using - a generic gaming chair - and I recommend it to anyone seeking a gaming chair at this price point.

I just can't imagine how comfortable that would be, and the second thing that would be really cool is that if they can simplify the sizes of their chairs, because now you have a small, regular and large it's kind of confusing if people are in between, so they Could have a chair that could adjust the height of the backs rest or the the seat depth, which is the more important part that would be super cool. So that's what i would like to see in the next version - and i know i'm asking for too much but like it's just that i don't know what else they could improve on at this point. Besides the things that i complained about in this video but anyways, i do think that the multiple sizes is a big hindrance to uh people choosing different chairs, because when people are looking for gaming chairs uh, they want the best

I received My Titan Evo 2022 at the beginning of August. Once I had built the chair together I realised that the gas lift was faulty and would stay in the lowest position with the chair weight alone. I contacted customer services which I would then get a reply every 48-56 hours, the first one saying that they don&#39;t think it is broken, next saying to send some proof in the form of a video, next to ask me if I can disassemble the chair with tools, WD40 etc! then saying that they will send out a new part when available. This has taken nearly a month of back and forth and the problem still isn&#39;t solved. After paying nearly £400 for a chair this is the worst and slowest customer service ever.
After I complained and asked to speak with a customer services manager, I finally get a reply 6 days later as follows:

Hi S****,

Thank you for your response. As per your request, your case was escalated to us and I will be taking over from now on.

I apologize for our agents did not inform you sooner but, as you replaced the original wheels on your chair, the warranty on your chair is now voided as per our warranty terms. Third-party wheels are not tested on our chairs and may affect the weight distribution of the chair, damaging it overtime.

I put a new set of rollerblade office chair wheels on the chair when I built it as these do not damage my wooden floor. The gas lift was faulty when the chair arrived. So rather than solve the issue they have instead studied the footage I sent them to find a reason to not support:

A) their customer
B) their product
or
C) their warranty.

I seriously feel the reputation of this company will go down hill very quickly, just read the negative responses on the web, they all sound familiar.

Now asking for a full refund which I’m sure they will make as difficult as possible.

Looking forward to the reply to this review which will state that they&#39;re sorry etc but this is just lip service.

A warning for those interested in Secretlab chairs… Avoid

 It has been a very solid chair for me. I sit in it for minimum three hours a day, sometimes eight nine hours a day, depending on what i'm doing and i've experienced no strange noises and i've actually noticed a lot on other videos that a lot of people also have not experienced any sort of weird Noises like that, that is something that i can't say about chairs that i've had in the past next question. I keep getting. How long did it take for me to get the chair from when i ordered it? I know i already said it earlier in the video it took me about a month to get it now be aware that that could be very different for other people, because i've had people reach out to me saying that they've waited two three months for the chair, But overall they give you a time on the websites and it's typically anywhere from three weeks to apparently three months for some people so be aware

 I think we'll still get some use out of this thing, but it's more gon na be probably uh kind of a neck rest type of deal, but i still think that it would be very comfortable for you. So i'd say if you were anywhere from like six. Two to maybe six five or six six, i think you'll be okay with this chair. It is by far the tallest chair that i have ever owned

This chair isn't gon na be for everyone, but if you like, a nice firm chair that feels pretty nice on your back and it feels quality, this chair is an excellent one for you, especially the xl version for the bigger guys out there like me or bigger Gals, but i do have to say that the butt cushion has slightly gotten softer, i'm talking like just a little bit it. It almost feels like it's formed specifically to me since i'm sitting in it every single day.  The lumbar support is still working as it did day. One still feels really great on the back. I really haven't noticed any wear and tear on either of the armrests. They still look pretty solid on both sides

Secretlab TITAN XL 2021 Review! | Still Worth It 6 Months Later?

Finding an affordable chair with proper backrest as a 2,05m/6'9" tall person is difficult. Lumbar support usually is way too low. The Titan XL apparently is made for people up to 2,08m so I hope it's an improvement.

It’s worth every penny

I love the Herman Miller Aeron and the Embody but it is way out of my budget for now. (both would be about 1800 USD, which is 2-3x average wage here, sadly). I am in Eastern Europe so these kind of chairs don't have a used market at all. I have been watching lots of second-hand sites and I have not seen a single one pop up in 6 months

I've had my Titan XL for about 6 months now. Assembly was simple to follow. I like how it's a good sturdy solid chair with some weight. The seat itself it firm yet not uncomfortable
