(Updated) The problem with these goggles is the material of the inner lens. The acetate is a thin piece of plastic that easily gets smeared, scratched and hazy. Once that happens the dual lens concept is pointless. Yes, they are very less likely to get foggy, but vision will be compromised

It would be better if the inside lens were also made of polycarbonate as the outer lens. These goggles are also uncomfortable over time because the gasket fits too close around the eye sockets

 Voids and gaps allow wind and dust to get into them. If you sweat a lot or wear them in the rain and are really hot, there can be some fogging and worse, the perspiration or the rain water can get between those lenses and stay stuck there, sloshing around. The inner acetate "lens" (actually just a hard plastic sheet) has to be removed with the water being pressed out. This can cause scratching on the acetate and keep the glasses hazy

 Hello and welcome, I am eyeglass Tyler or this time of year

 Let's go with snow goggle Tyler because I love this season. It is my favorite all year

 Okay, I want to talk to you about the Smith Frontier Asian Fit

 Just to jump into it really quick. If you are familiar with the Frontier

 Everything you would expect out of the Frontier you can expect out of this

 Except for the foam if you have a flatter nose bridge

 Then you would be familiar with the fact that there's usually a gap in the foam in your nose bridge area

 And maybe a higher cheekbones as well. This goggle is designed with that in mind

 This is an intro price point goggle and so you'll see that in some of the following features that I explained

 That it does have some of those intro goggle features as well

 Including the fact that there are no chroma pop lens options

 You have more of their traditional lens color options and it does not come with a spare lens

 Also, keep in mind if you're interested in a spare lens if you're the one one of those people who likes to swap your lenses

 Out based on the conditions. This is not the easiest lens to interchange

 It's a more of your traditional method of the clip in around the goggle

 But at the end of the day still very doable while we're talking about lenses

 This is a cylindrical lens design if you're not familiar with that

 It means it's just curved this way and not curved this way. They do use their carbonic X lens technology

 Which really just means that it's a molded lens in the shape

 They're not making it flat and then stretching it to the goggle because there are a lot of negative optical

 implications with that kind of a lens design and so you don't have to worry about that

 It does have the responsive fit as Smith calls it which essentially just means that it has a more flexible

 Architecture it does have this lattice design on the venting area here

 Which like I said, it makes for a more versatile fit, especially if you are a smaller face

 I don't think you have to worry about fit at all does have the single layer compression molded face foam

 Which compared to a triple layer foam is maybe not as ideal, but it's still very comfortable should last you
