I have tried it on a variety of chairs and it it slips on them all. I feel that the fabric used for the cover should be: a) more substantial (while it is a nice, stretchy, knit it is a bit thin) and b) have a much beefier, much more ‘non slip’ fabric on the bottom of the cover. I may make a new cover for I myself. I also think that a sturdier cover would increase the comfort factor since it would minimize the feeling of the gridded purple material

After reporting to Backstore, a tech person called and decided that the back part was the problem and sent me a new back (1 week). When that did not work either, I figured that the part where the back slides in had bent in transportation, so I bent that in using a wrench, shortening the distance for the screw, and that worked.
