There were a couple of things that we didn't like about the Arrow. First, we found it a little undersized for those testers with wider backs. That said, since it is a vibrating roller, we didn't feel as inclined to recline with it horizontally across the back. Of course, it all comes down to individual preference, but we personally don't love the sensation of our spinal cords vibrating. Secondly, we wish there was a built-in battery indicator, as you need to plug it in to find out the current battery level. Our main gripe, however, is how loud it is. At an average of 75 dBa, it is very noticeable and even distracting. The Arrow is also on the pricier side, but if you are looking for a massage tool with the ability to go deep, we think you'll be glad you paid up.

But now that I have gotten used to it, I find the 2nd and 3rd settings penetrate deeper and just feels really good for releasing the tightness in my muscles.  I am a couple of build ups away from the Olympic Marathon Trials, but when I get to that marathon cycle, The Arrow will undoubtedly be one of my keys to recovery and currently is. I use it on my calves, hamstrings, quads, glutes, back and everywhere else that running causes muscular stress. The three speed vibration is perfect for matching any area of your body that you need worked out. Overall, The Arrow is extremely durable, travels easily, does not get softer with overuse, and is simply the best on the market

I recently began looking at upgrading from my traditional foam roller that didn't vibrate and was too soft, especially after using it for awhile. The three speed vibration settings are perfect for customizing the kind of relief/muscle release that you need. I use it before and after all of my runs and am able to hit all of my specific trigger points and tight muscles. Right now I am focusing on track specific training and speed training and having the Premvida Arrow after all of my runs and track sessions is essential to keeping me limber and ready for the next hard workout

Next Level Vibrating Foam Roller

  I still actively spar with stand-up, but I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu more, and I think it beats me up way more too… but I love it! Anyways, Jiu Jitsu is one of the wildest forms of a full-body exercise, and you use all your major muscles groups in great capacity everytime you roll. Needless to say, you need to recovery for both these sports! These sports are rough, but with the right tools and mindset, you can do this everyday or several times a week.  This not only has helped my recovery like foam rollers should (everyone should foam roll!), but this is the most enjoyable! I tend to use it on the low setting more, so the battery last me several days even with hours of usage per day. I’ve used other motorized ones, but they seemed to be louder than this one, which was another selling factor for me

  Most would say I am more on the extreme side of physical fitness/abuse. I say abuse because I coach more than fight these days, but more specifically I hold Thai pads and focus mitts. This requires my wrist, elbows, and shoulders to take a lot of impact in the form of basically catching attacks. I get my knots and releases out with this foam roller
